Very practical and easy to use. As someone who has never used accounting software before, I found it very easy to get started, thanks to the guided setup and automatic synchronization

I highly recommend it.

I have used Pandle as a free user for many years now. It used to be excellent.(of course grateful to have been receiving this service for so long for free) Then support for free users was withdrawn and my accounts have run into a big problem - the software seems to have mixed up my two sets of accounts and the numbers in the reports are all wrong. Numerous attempts to contact Pandle have been unsuccessful - I was perfectly willing to pay the subscription if the problem could be solved but even the sales department do not bother to answer. So if you take out the free plan - beware!

Had a few issues recently in my 3rd year of accounting but Ben & Connor from Pandle customer services helped me out tremendously. The online software makes running a business so much easier, especially having the chat help button with you at all times.

Easy to use and all necessary features for self employed. Can’t fault it.

Using Pandle.com is easier than I had anticipated and I should have found them first years ago!! Very happy to continue using them.

having worked with lots of different accounting software this is an extremely simple and user friendly tool to manage your accounting. Lots of great features such as bank feeds, invoicing integrations, recurring transactions etc. Support from the Pandle team (specifically Jordan) has been extremely efficient responding in a few hours.

Well done, Pandle does all basic accounting tasks with ease. Only wished the VAT feature was more flexible to support other EU countries other than UK (we had to work around it with XLS).

Been using Pandle for many years now and even though it may not be the easiest accounting software to understand and deal with in some instances, we`re very happy with it overall. (I guess accounting is never easy for some people)

I think it covers all the necessary for an accounting package for a small business. The interface is easy to use.
Unable to do certain things such as record pro forma invoices and receive payment for those prior to actual tax invoices being issued

Starting my own business was scary but getting my head round accounting and learning a new software was definitely the hardest part for me. However, the customer service team at Pandle and my accountant Simon have all helped me so much over the last year. I was trying to update my records/book keeping in the last one week but looked like my bank feeds had swapped one for the other on my registered accounts! I had loads of "confused.com" moments and questions and Sophie was very good in trying to help resolve the issue up to even having to review paper copies of my bank statements to see what/where it had gone wrong. Eventually got to the bottom of it (over 2hrs later!) and was good to have been part of that process cos I then know what to do next time!

Sara popped in at the end of the conversation on behalf of Sophie to answer some additional questions I had and pointed me to the right step by step guide on the main website to have for now and future reference.

I am not the greatest with book keeping and didn't think things like this could be sorted out by just chatting online but worked so far! Though I still find navigating book keeping something I'd rather not do, Pandle has been helpful in keeping it all in one place, visible and simple (once you know how!). Thanks to the team available to help with the hiccoughs.
