Whole process from selecting what camera I have to shipping it with DPD collecting from my door has just been so easy. Old camera shipped, new camera bought and delivered, confirmation of trade in price and bank transfer started all within 5 days. Amazing service!

First time customer of Park Cameras and I am delighted with speed, efficiency and courtesy I have experienced when it came to selling my Leica Q2 Monochrom.

I have used other kit buyers in the past but on this occasion, having been disappointed with the quotes I received, I gave Park Cameras an opportunity to quote. The online quote I received was significantly better than I had received from other kit resellers. After a follow up phone call to confirm it was correct I accepted the quote on Saturday evening and the camera was with Park 48hrs later via a free DPD service.

3 days later I have now received a confirmation of my quote with no deductions and I am now just waiting for my funds to arrive.

All my dealings with Park Cameras have been refreshingly professional and efficient and I will not hesitate to either recommend or use again.

I bought this Sony a7sii when it was reduced by £130 . I can see why it was reduced - the exposure comp dial has had a small chunk knocked off it, and the screen's AR coating has rubbed off down one side ( and it gets worse every time I clean it ) .
The performance is great though , I just would prefer it if things like this were mentioned in the description.

Park Cameras have always been totally honest and fair when trading in equipment. I have also always been pleased with purchases of used equipment, description is always accurate and experience has always been good. In the last few weeks I have purchased a used Fujifilm X-E3 and then following that traded back an X-T20 as the X-E3 for me is better for casual travel/street use. The X-E3 was fairly priced and accurately described. The offer/quote for the X-T20 was fair and the assessment fair also. I have bought and sold several times over the last few years and I have always been pleased with the fairness and service provided by Park Cameras. In my experience it is always best to deal with established high street camera retailers/dealers and Park Cameras are one of my favourites.

How rare is it that a seller calls as soon as they hear your modest order wasn't delivered? Very. This company does. Excellent all round for good, affordable, pre-owned equipment.

I have used Park Cameras 4 times in total now. A camera purchase, 2 lens purchases, and recently sold another camera and lens to them. Each time, the service has been brilliant.

When I purchased the camera and lenses, the descriptions they gave (like new) were exactly that, you wouldve thought the items were brand new.

Recently I sold them a camera and lens, and out of the 3 'main' used dealers, they gave me the best price and very quick responses in the whole process.

I would highly recommend checking them out for both new and used photography equipment.
