I have used Park Cameras 4 times in total now. A camera purchase, 2 lens purchases, and recently sold another camera and lens to them. Each time, the service has been brilliant.

When I purchased the camera and lenses, the descriptions they gave (like new) were exactly that, you wouldve thought the items were brand new.

Recently I sold them a camera and lens, and out of the 3 'main' used dealers, they gave me the best price and very quick responses in the whole process.

I would highly recommend checking them out for both new and used photography equipment.

Quick delivery easy to find item and buy great price too

Recently, I've ended up doing so many reviews about poor products and services that it's nice to have the opportunity to do a good one. I've used Park Cameras extensively for both new and second hand camera equipment, recently purchasing a lens that was described as in "Excellent" condition. If it had been described as "Mint" I'd have been satisfied so it's nice to receive a product that was undersold and overdelivered.

The price I paid was also comparable with the prices that the same lens was being sold on eBay for - so buying from Park rather than on eBay was a bit of a no-brainer.

Finally, the lens arrived exactly when expected and was well-protected in the packing. Thank you Sam.

Excellent Service

Fantastic! I probably could have gotten a bit more selling it on eBay or Vinted but the quote from Park was one of the highest - In fact about 20% higher than the ones being aggressively advertised on social media sites. The experience was seamless - the package was collected from my house and the money was in my account in 3 days. Great service and completely hassle free. I only had pushed they took more products, I would not bother going anywhere else. Top notch

Sent a camera into trade which I purchased from them in excellent used condition. I have used it very little and is in the same condition as I received it, alittle cleaner intact. I graded it as excellent as that is what they sold it to me and it's the same condition. They have graded it on inspection as only good. I have looked at the same camera they have for sale in excellent condition. Mine is better than most they have listed in excellent condition

They didn’t just thrust the most expensive camera they gave great advice for us to consider and didn’t lose patience at anytime remained professional and friendly.
