Communication from this supplier is poor....packages delayed with no follow up or phone calls. Updating info with no further communication after. Waste of time. Saying out for delivery but never being contacted for delivery.
Terrible,i don't even know how those guys still have a job.They failed to deliver one package,now i am expecting the same to happen with a second.Contacting them is useless as well.
The worst logistics company operating in Colombia. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. They don't deliver half the packages, and when you call, the only option they give you is to go to the warehouse yourself to pick them up. They simply tell you they're not going to deliver them.
Furthermore, the few packages they do deign to deliver are often late and in poor condition.
I've never received a package on time with this company.
I recommend avoiding them as much as possible. I don't know how they managed to get contracts with Amazon and AliExpress; they are the worst logistics company in the country.
