Very well designed application
Very well designed application. I've been using the free version for a long time and decided it was well worth the investment to move to the paid version. I like the fact I can share passwords with my kids. Sharing feature is very granular and complete.

I run an accounting services business serving over fifty clients, and we must keep track of numerous passwords - not just ours but those of our clients. Given the nature of our work, access management and control of client information is critical to the integrity of our business. Passpack provides security and trust, enabling my staff to complete work securely and efficiently. Being able to segment my employees into specific Teams according to client responsibilities is a significant benefit. Customer support is super helpful.

No mobile app
No mobile app, very clunky to use on phone over browser. Scrolling is horrible.
Interface is not very friendly.

Product is average
Product is average, Customer service is terrible. They are slow to respond. Worst is, they will charge and continue to charge you, and be slow on refunds. It's been 2 years since I cancelled their service, and they are still billing me!!!! I have contacted their customer service many times, refunded some times, and now I'm being billed again despite their last email saying that it won't happen again. While the product is ok for the pricepoint, you don't want to get entangled with these guys, their customer service, and billing practices are terrible.

Hello Frank, sorry you have had that experience as we have made investment in customer support that has made a substantial improvement in our ticket response time. We process refunds within 24 hours of confirming they are legitimate. if we do have an active email it has been the practice to notify the customer in case they do want to renew, notably if there is an active payment method in their account. That said, we are implementing a process of purging old accounts that have not been used for one year after sending a 30 day notice to that customer.

Support Lacking
Overall, it's been a good program and easy to use but when they or you have an issue support is very slow at getting back with answers. For instance, today our employees at our company tried to log in at 9 am eastern time and receive an error "User ID not found"; basically, we still can't access Passpack at the moment. We immediately messaged support to get answers. It is now 11:25 am and still haven't received a response, 2 1/2 hours later. We are still locked out of our multiple accts. and at a standstill. Very bad for our business. Haven't had too many issues but when we do, support is nowhere to be found in a reasonable time frame. I like the program, but the support makes me nervous...may look elsewhere.

I have used Passpack for several years now. I have had no problems with keeping my password safe but easy to get to. For really secure PW use the passwords they give you. Passpack can be brought up on multiple devices so is always available.
