Acceptable product
Proper sizing for a reasonable price.
When there are security issues they take effective and preventive actions.
But, sometimes loading takes a bit long and searching is not efficient.

Ok for the money
I'm a subscriber from nearly the very beginning, years back. For some reason the current version feels slow. Especially on the sign in you sometimes get the impression that it's stuck. The GUI could be better, but I can only compare to the old version. Before you could share passwords with free accounts, but that's no longer possible. Of course there is no such thing as a free lunch. I will keep on using it because I have so many passwords in it and 18 dollar per year is still OK for what you get in return.

We are currently working on a major Ui/UX upgrade and it will be great to get your feedback when released. As a previous V7 user you might see some familiarity! You can trust your passwords HERE!
I have never had an issue with my passwords being compromised by PassPack. I have been using them for more than 10 years.
It would be great if they could add some user friendliness though. Tags have to be added one by one. And there is no copy and paste record function.

I love Passpack - great functionality and a comprehensible price model
I love Passpack - I been using it as my password manager number 1 over many years. Since last year I had to switch from a free to a payed account. But the price is totally worth it (starts with 18 $ a year). I can manage all my passwords online on the smartphone and the pc or mac at home or at work without the installation of an app. It just needs an internet connection. I could even share specific passwords with other password users (team collab for example), but I only used this at the beginning. The password management works very well and the guys are still improving the service. I'm very happy with Passpack and it will stay my password management tool number one (also tried the switch to others, but Passpack is still for my requierements my number one).

A Secure Simplier Life
Passpack makes keeping all my passwords and other important information secure and easy to access. I like that I can log into a website from Passpack and then copy and paste the password. The only thing that would make Passpack easier is if there was an app for my phone so I didn't have to login to Passpack from a phone web browser. However, if that made the program less secure, I'd go for security over ease.

I've been using Passpack for over 20 years and I don't know what I would do without it. I very often leave a browser screen to check a password.
it's a great program and I can think of only 2 times when I had to contact support.
