They're scammers IMO. Place an order, delayed delivery, won't cancel the order. Instead you have to refuse delivery of the order...which of course they never deliver.

Go somewhere else, save yourself the hassle.

I just wanna leave a wonderful and warm thank you for this product that has been really helped my frustration for many months with my hormonal acne. Exactly 20days my face was really better seems was nothing happenend..Just like boom magic.
Dont look with the price might you get dizzy hahaha but try atleast the first small set which really a good combination.

Worst page ever! it does not recognise promo code and it does not let you pay with debit card. I was more than 20 mins on the phone with customer service but NOBODY reply.

I normally place many online orders, but this type of customer care I faced first time in my life. To get my parcel was a real nightmare. In the website said that they use Fedex but my parcel has been sent by Correos, they attached wrong phone number to my parcel so I could not receive it! I tried to call them twice I spent 20 minutes over the phone, they just ignore it however it was business hours in NL. Then I managed to get respond from real person in the chat but the way how she talked was even worse then AI... She didn't offer any solution and left conversation in the middle. So rude! I cant believe customer care can act like this! The only who they care its themself!

After 2 weeks waiting for my purchase, and several responses as 'It's on delivery', I haven't received it yet. I asked for a refund, and their bot (it's impossible to talk to a person)'accepted', but I haven't received nor even an email confirming that I will get my money back. Terrible customer servic - they are near to be a fraud.

I don't even have my order, despite "getting help". I have spoken to 2 agents since placing my order 21st May. 10 days later after a 2-3 day delivery time, I still don't have my order. The 2nd agent - "Alicia" couldn't even be bothered to apologise. What has happened to this company? It's not like the products are cheap and they've run out of money, so what's happened internally?

I contacted them after 7 days without my delivery and they assured they'd send it out. I mistakenly presumed a next day rush delivery. Nope, they've sent it the exact same way as the first time and it's now still in transit somewhere!!! Alicia said it "might come tomorrow".

I was offered a 20% discount off my next order. I will never use this company again and I don't think they care. Good for them I guess

2% bha liquid exfoliant is the best product I’ve ever tried, I get bumps on my forehead every single summer from heat and nothing will get rid of it, this always works within a week my forehead is completely clear, it’s insane, the best product in the world

All products are terrible! They smell very bad and I have the worst allergy ever! Please, dont buy it if you have sensitive skin or dry skin. Its really really bad! I pay around 300 euros and I am so dissapointed..

After reading good reviews on Paula’s choice, I purchased the sunscreen. I’m a dog walker working outdoors from 9am till 1pm, tested it out from Jan till April . It didn’t protect my face even in the winter months . It did go on smoothly and sunk into my face right away but offered no protection .
I wouldn’t recommended.

I accidentally purchased two orders of the same two products. The customer service people were very kind and polite and sent the money back for the one package. However, I made another mistake when I picked up the package they let me keep the package because the shipping would be on me. Since it was my first order from them, they were lenient and I am very grateful.

Paulas Choice BHA has worked wonders on my skin, just wish it wasn't so expensive. Feels the prices have kept going up.

Bought 765kr worth of face products before I found out this company is owned by Unilever which directly supports the Israeli and US backed genocide of the Palestinian people. Luckily I found this out quickly after ordering but when trying to send it back for a refund I was told I had to pay the return shipping which is almost half the cost of the order and a huge pain in the ass to arrange. Still it’s worth paying for this error at least knowing my money will not go to supporting this company but mega shame on them. DO NOT SUPPORT and do not waste your money on this crap customer service anyway.

This was going to be the last skincare brand that i tried before i went on the pill (which i was trying to avoid) to clear my acne. I didn't really have much hope as i have tried so many brands.

This brand has literally changed my life and my skin for the better! My skin has never been so much better, calmer and breakout free. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and I tried the ' Trial Kit Clear Extra Strength ' to try this out and i have now finished the kit and just re ordered the items in full size.

I'm a regular customer of the 1% retinol and SPF, but tried a couple of new products and honestly was blown away, which prompted me to write this review:
The skin barrier repair moisturiser is STUNNING! From first use, but skin the next morning was plump and hydrated - My old regret is not going for the bigger size!
I also bought the cleansing oil and the pump didn't work, so it was a messy, pouring job! But with no questions asked, a new one was on my doorstep in a couple of days.
Love Paula's Choice so much and definitely keep an eye out for their deals!

I have given 5 stars despite having a reaction to the retinol 1%. It made my skin very sore and dry even after a few days of usage. I contacted Paula’s Choice and they were very good and promised a call back. I had a phone call from a lovely lady today who acknowledged what I was saying and reassured me that my skin will heal. Quite rare these days to feel validated and listened to!

Paula’s Choice are the best skincare brand that I’ve shopped with in a very long time - possibly ever. Their products are 5*, matched by their incredible customer service. I couldn’t recommend more highly and look forward to shopping to PC for years to come.

They have good products, but there is cheaper options elsewhere
