I am impressed with the quality of the products. I was also surprised at how easy the order process was. Shipping was very quick and just shy of perfect... The flea and tick spray leaked just a little *BUT* was contained by the great job packaging in multiple layers so the leak was contained. In all, not much was lost so overall the experience was great! -- I want to mention that the package did see some very rough handling...
