I cannot get a confirmation as to whether or not I'm signed up for their service, or whether it was cancelled. Tried numerous times to get an answer.

Not entirely happy

While my puppy enjoys your food and is growing well I did Not sign up for auto ship and when I sent an email to that effect and asked to be taken off of it I received no reply and got a shipment anyway. My little one is free feeding but not going through as much per month as is shipped. I could appreciate having ahead, but a bag and a half is too much. You need better customer response.

The box arrived with the bag of food…

The box arrived with the bag of food inside split open. The food had spilled out all over and most of it was not in the box.

I went to my account to change the…

I went to my account to change the delivery date, I have too much food & tried to spread out the deliveries without having to cancel all future deliveries / it looks like I will have to cancel
