Gave my data for nothing, transferred didn't work
I wanted to buy a deep on Binance. I go to deposit section and select instant deposit. Then I'm forwarded to some kind of strange authentication process, where some company harvested all of my data. Now I finally can transfer money to Binance and well, it is just another bank transfer. But I still hope, money will arrive instantly. Nothing happened on this day. On next day, I get notification that payment failed and money will be transferred back in 3-5 days. Shame on you paymonade, shame on you binance.

Deposit takes forever
Deposit takes forever, even though it says 'instant'. Some deposits don't arrive at all, and have to be send back, which takes another 3-5 days.
It is slow. If you want bitcoins instantly, don't use this. You can expect to wait atleast a week.

Transferred 24,000 euros from my Swiss Bank
Neon, through international transfer Wise on Binance. The money was stuck for 3 weeks because Binance does not like Wise transfers. I took the transfer receipt from Wise and showed it in Binance and Paymonade. As a result, Paimonade transferred the money back to my second card with german IBAN.

Worked as it should
I used it to get money from Binance back into my bank account. It worked as it should. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I would automatically create an account with the provider and always receive all notifications. The account could then only be deleted with the help of support instead of independently, which is actually standard. However, the support team was very helpful and closed the account.

Incompetents
The legal department of this company is incompetent. I've transferred 19000€ via SEPA from a bank in the eurozone. Paymonade kept the money one day and then returned 18999.6€ saying that I need to pass more verifications.
But the legislation says that when the money comes from a bank that is subject to the same KYC rules then it should be assumed that the sending bank has performed all the necessary AML checks and no additional verifications are required on the receiving side.

I have just tried to transfer funds to my Binance account via Paymonade, as I already did in the past, but after being transferred to paymonade.tech after initiating payment I get some random page that says the domain has expired!
This looks very fishy to me, and I would not be comfortable using this service again. If they really let the domain expire my trust in this service is gone.

Transfers work, website unavailable for due diligence
Transfers via paymonade to Binance accounts have been working well so far. One that was rejected for no discernible reason went through in the second attempt in smaller installments.
The due diligence process is more worrying though. Documents are rejected with no reason given, and the paymonade.tech link in the email footer leads to a defunct address (“expired”). Please fix this, thanks.
Edit 15.6.: paymonade.tech is online again.

I tryed to send money to binance via paymonade as they say that this would b very quickly, so tryed i, i started the process and system send me the requirement of verification, thats ok - done, by some reason i dont realy already remember it stucked... that was friday midday :D. ok i got point that it wont be so quickly... monday came.. no changes... 10 days left... i wrote them letter to understand whats happening.... and as a result my account was suspended :D, i tryed again, but still suspended... and blocked for new registration.. i wrote them down to understand WHY the hell.... and they send me to Terms and Conditions point 5...... where i didnt find anything only that possibly pictures of ID were not well readable.... or they didnt like word HELL in conversation after a 10 days waiting.... welll very very bad service

This is an absolut scam! I wired 200€ instantly to buy crypto at binance. The wire was successfull but than i get an email.
What is the email about you ask? The payment couldn't be processed so they wire it back in 3-5 buisness days.
So the money is on their account but couldn't be processed? So now they have my money and can do what they want with it for the next 3-5 buisness days. Nice

Incompetent, corrupt, and a scam
DO NOT USE PAYMONADE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH BINANCE.
If a payment went through and you got your money then be happy and run, to never use this method again.
Phishing warning, Scam warning!
Thank God and my Bank that already had the company on a scam/Phishing list, and therefore I did not lose money, but I consider this company to definitely be fishy, phishy, corrupt, and extremely incompetent.

I have used the service via binance and transferred 20.000 Euro to their bank account.I used the service the same way at the same day for 100 Euro, where the money arrived after 4 hours. BUT the 20k I transferred the same way at the same day haven't arrived still (it is now 4 days even though on binance it claimed "instant to 1 day"). My bank has confirmed that the money has been sent and ID verification is already done by binance so they 1) have the money and 2) further ID verification is not needed. Still customer service has answered me after 2 days they "do not see" the money and now hasn't answered since 2 days. STAY AWAY UNTIL FURTHER UPDATE.

I have never approved my debit card to…
I have never approved my debit card to be used by Paymonade. Truthfully, I had no clue what was Paymonade until I saw an unauthorized transaction of $100 extracted from my debit card in my bank statement. I can't tell if this fraudulent activity was from Paymonade's end or was it from a random customer they had, but one way or the other, customer service was a joke. I sent them a request to look into the transaction. The last response I received was December 21, 2023. And right now it is April 19, 2024. The response was simply to mention that a team member will be right with you. That has not been updated til this moment. So my recommendation would be to STAY FAR.
