Standard Bank transfer was faster - Happy End story

Standard Bank transfer was faster.
It is not true that sending money to Binance is instant.
The worst is that I sent many emails to support and no one has replied.

Update: 06.04.2024 - I can confirm that I got a reply within 24 hours to my email. I'm still waiting for my transfer. I was asked to do additional KYC verification by logging into the portal. In case someone needs to do the same. The platform login URL is the one you are redirected to when do the money transfer from Binance (the page where you provide your email)
I'm expecting more information on Monday.

Update: 08.04.2024 : My transaction/account required additional KYC (It might take even weeks) so I asked to cancel my transaction and return funds. Got email confirmation that it should be returned back within 3-5 business days. I also noticed that on the webpage paymonade is a Login button. Click it, provide your email and there under "History" you can see the status of your all transactions. Now there I can see the status w/o the need to contact support via email.
Now waiting for the return. Will update my post when receive the transfer.

Update: 10.04.2024: I just received my money back in my bank account. So my story ended with a smile on my face :)

Lessons learned:
1. Before you send money please check the limits of the transactions that can force additional verification
2. Most probably additional verification will take weeks
3. Split the whole money you'd like to invest min in to 4
4. It is better to use Standard Bank Transfer for bigger amounts.
5. Check options of the support and reply from the service you plan to use.

Overall I'm giving 4 stars. Support started to reply within 24h, and w/o any issue they marked my transfer as failed to initiate transfer return to my bank account.

Hoping that above will help other users.

2. The transition was not sent to us.
3. The transaction failed/expired. Please be advised that for expired and failed transactions the amount will normally return to the account in 3 to 7 working days or more based on the bank policy.
4. The transaction trigger EDD

I transfered money in Binance using…

I transfered money in Binance using Paymonade. They say the transactions are instant or take maximum 1 day.

Well, i deposited money through them on 22.03, that is 12 days now.

Not only have they not transferred the money, but they are also not replying to emails (which is the only way to contact them).

If a Paymonade representative reads this then i hope you are more willing to answer here then during real customer relations. You can also check that my story is true, my account number being GB74CLJU00997189019565

Paymonade lost/steel my money?

Paymondae look like a totally unprofessionel company. I wanted to pay into my Binance account through paymonade, 1000 euro

They wrotee it take maximum 1 day but most of the cases the money is there in a second.

The money is nowhere, it is diseppaerad somewhere, they don't give a clear answer for my question when I ask them.

There is no people who are answering, only chat bots.

The only thing I don't understand how can Binance use them as a solution.

I highly recommend to avoid them, i really afraid I lost my 1000 eur, or I have to "fight" for it. As I see many other reviewers say they don't have there money since weeks. It is an unfair company, i felt like cheated amd already lost ca 25% on the crypto what I wanted to buy because i can't use my money. Now i have a real doubt that i ever seen my 1000 eur back.

Paymonade seems to be safe and fast 🏃‍♂️

Paymonade seems to be safe and fast it takes a few minutes to set it all up but then transfers from my revolut went through in second and arrived instantly on my Binance app 😀

Make sure you've been verified to avoid deposit issues 🙃

This is a scam

This is a scam, I tried to send 100 euros from revolut to binance, and it never arrived. Stay away.
EDIT: I have contacted support multiple times, I have sent them the transaction confirmation report from my bank multiple times, yet one month after they have not returned my money.

I haven’t seen awful customer service

I haven’t seen awful customer service. Zero support for clients! I could not sing up because login page shows failed verification but support service says go through verification and download documents. They can’t read or what?? 5 days these unprofessional staff beat around the bush with unsolved problem. Time is money! Every client pay for transaction and the company doesn’t provide any care about us! Shame of you!

Have stolen £1450 from me

Have stolen £1450 from me. When i have sent payment they took the money out of my account aaid it was a failed payment and that they have issued a refund and i have never gotten the money back. I will also report to the authorities
Update i have spoken multiple times with my bank and they have confirmed no incoming payments and that there is no freeze on any income payments and that i should have received it if any were incoming. It has now been over two full weeks since it happened and i have sent two emails to your support email with no answer.

Do NOT do business with them

Do NOT do business with them! I made the mistake and thought that Binance would only work with reliable payment partners. Transferred a lot of money through them and have not seen it since. First due diligence which I passed, but now it has been over a week and they are not crediting the amount to my Binance account. I am beginning to worry that they are planning to steal the money

Definitely do not recommend.

24 hours after my SEPA deposit - the money are NOT in my binance account and still waiting. Very slow support. Definitely do not recommend.

Some banks support SEPA instant which should be processed in a few minutes, others only support SEPA Credit Transfers, which can take up to 3 business days to be processed. .
