Camera quality is lacking, especiallybthe court view! Close-ups are okay but long views are not high quality. John Fanta does not have the voice of an announcer, and we often watch games the next day... See more

What went wrong ‘This Time’??
What went wrong ‘This Time’??
Weird way of asking since I’ve never left a review on a premium channel before!
Well there are SO many ads so it is very disruptive, the shows are not that great and I likely won’t be renewing ever
SUCKS
SUCKS! plays a damn ad every 2-3 scenes. Cant even watch 3 mins w/o a dang ad. Terrible.
Peacock needs to leave sporting events…
Peacock needs to leave sporting events to the guys that know how to televise them. I watched the Purdue,Michigan State game and it was pathetic. The video and sound froze about every 3 seconds! Who wants to pay for this?! Peacock should pay us just to suffer through this crap!!!!!!
No customer service. Only a robot chat.
Had peacock on Roku. Tried to set it up on my TV. Kept saying password was wrong. My username and password is saved . Tried the chat and that was useless. Frustrated and will cancel tonight after my game. I heard I'll have issues cancelling. If so I'll file a complaint with the FCC AND BBB.
it was a miserable experience
it was a miserable experience. navigating the site was ridiculously cumbersome. the commercials are long and agonizing. peacock is worse that regular tv. the feed was constantly stopping. and there are some review sites that give peacock a positive rating. those ratings can only come from employees hoping to keep their jobs. no one using peacock could ever give it a positive rating.
Horrible
Horrible. They offer basic premium. Which in its definition is a joke. Peacock premium is given for free for 2 years via my xfinity subscription. However it has ads . Premium ads. If you want to “upgrade” to premium plus the obvious thing would be xfinity would charge you the difference right !? NOPE you gotta pay full price. Im telling you everything is rigged. Im taking to the high seas. Its not enough its sub par content its bleeding you for every nickel and dime. Make one package no ads . No one wants to see ads anymore. And charge accordingly had some integrity.
Great sponsor support with commercial blasts
They obviously focus on their abundance of commercial sponsor support through a progressive 30, 60, 90, 120 and 60 second commercial line up for a typical 1 hour show which resets if you accidentally restart the program. Can't say I love the the 120 since it's split into 2 60sec with a 2min show burp in between. Really highlights their service for sponsors. 🙄
Hate this streaming with a passion
Hate this streaming with a passion. Have the service free through Comcast and Walmart but never able to login into it use on my tv... years of trying! Go elsewhere for entertainment. Peacock is only frustration!
The service failed daily
The service failed daily. Plus, long waits for the stream to reactivate. On Sunday, the last day I never did get to watch the Men’s hockey final. Then after the closing ceremony all the replays disappeared. Terrible streaming, the worst Olympic watching experience I have ever had to pay for. Peacock sucks!
Signed up for Peacock tv for the…
Signed up for Peacocktv for the Olympics. The Peacocktv interface was clunky. NBC used so many of its own routine sports announcers who had no knowledge of the sport, rather than event experts and previous Olympians (XC sking, speed skating to name just two) who might be able to help the audience understand what the competition. Every change of place on a reply triggered yet another 120s add. Frustrating, it all you want to do is zoom to a particular part of the reply. Overall pathetic and not worth the cost. While the NBC and USA network coverage shared some of these faults, I would have been better off to just record those and play them back myself.
Peacock is terrible
Peacock is terrible! They just pulled all the Figure Skating replays, and now I can’t even watch the closing ceremony! Cancelling tomorrow!
Horrible
Horrible. Their streaming is often not HD. Washed out video. Pure trash. I have cancelled!!!!
Ads on my PAID subscription
Ads on my PAID subscription. They literally spoiled the result of every single hockey game before I could watch it. Worst UI I've ever seen on a streaming site.
Terrible coverage of the Olympics
Terrible coverage of the Olympics. Removing coverage shortly after the event, so those of us that can’t watch live, don’t even have a chance to see what we missed. Quotes live events but it’s over already when you try to click it.
Slow response time even in selecting events and shows.
Will not be renewing this app after the Olympics! Absolute failure for a streaming platform
Horrible live streaming
Horrible live streaming. Constant cutting in an out. Unwatchable
Peacock ruined my '26 Olympic viewing experience
I subscribed to Peacock to watch the Olympics and it ruined my '26 Olympic viewing experience. Constant buffering, interrupted events, poor coverage, glitching and lagging during the seemingly endless commercials played and this ridiculous screen that just said "your event is over" or "your event will return soon." One of many examples of just weird broadcasting decisions; I was watching a rerun of men's bobsledding which was playing on a screen labeled "coverage" and the show was interrupted for a commercial followed by the "your event is over" screen. Well the event wasn't over because half the teams hadn't gone yet. I looked at the time and saw it was 7pm CST (Primetime), so that was alright because Primetime coverage was starting. Poor timing, but I could understand interrupting a rerun for primetime. When it came on however the event was a rerun of women's curling. I watched women's curling for the first hour of "Primetime" coverage, thinking it didn't seem very primetime because there were no interviews or broadcasters talking, but by this time (Saturday before closing ceremonies) the whole viewing experience had been so weird I didn't put much more thought into it. At 8pm I went back to the home screen to find that I in fact was not watching Primetime. There are many more examples of confusing, random, coverage decisions and I won't even get into the glitching, lagging and buffering. Fingers crossed I can watch the closing ceremonies on Sunday and will immediately cancel my subscription and find something else for '28.
Stop the buffering on the Olympics!!
Stop the buffering on the Olympics!!
I have to watch replays on UTube! Last night it buffered so long, Peacock timed out, I had to click back into Peacock. Frustrating!
The Olympics were a joke
The Olympics were a joke. So many pauses and synch issues! Unwatchable at times.
Subscriptions and Commercials
Pay a subscription and still have commercials forced to watch! So many commercials they ruin the shows and Olympic coverage.
