Our staircase is better than we could ever have imagined
Pear Stairs were great from start to finish. Dale was superb at the design stage and Lee supported us really well during the installation by a local firm we chose. All of the support staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
The stair case and additional parts we ordered all arrived on time and we’d definitely recommend the company to others.
We are really pleased with our staircase - it’s better than we could ever have imagined. Thank you Pear Stairs.

Great service and fast delivery
Fast delivery and very helpful staff. Some items were missing from the delivery but they were extremely quick to send out the parts. Very happy with the quality of the wood received.

I wasn’t sure what I was buying was correct and they helped me over the phone several times, even calling me back once my order was placed to say I had ordered an extra item.
The delivery was quick, products arrived in perfect condition & I love my finished stairs.

Problems resolved = Perfection!
We had a few problems with the wrong items being delivered, however cannot fault the customer service, the speed at getting it resolved and in the end the overall quality of the items is great. Their own brand metal spindles are just immaculate too. Can't wait for our project to be finished!
