Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent experience from start to finish. Beginning with using the great online tool to design the balustrade, through the ordering process and super quick turnaround on delivery despite it being the Christmas week. Even a follow up with customer service was smooth and within days an extra part was delivered.

Good product but not suitable for all types of wall
We choose this product because the profile matched our existing stair hand rail. Unfortunately the weight of the product makes it unsuitable for some types of wall, e.g. Thermolite blocks. I think a warning about the weight ought to be displayed on your website.

Due to the stairs I ordered being transported to Europe the dimensions were slightly to large. The team at Pear stairs were extremely helpful and modified the stairs ready for transporting. I could not of asked for a better customer service.
