Today restored my faith in the hairdressing profession. Tracey is the ultimate professional. She cares, she listens, she is meticulous in colouring and cutting. Fabulous experience thank you!

Got a great colour and cut as per usual from Mairead. All the staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Sarah H makes the visit so welcoming. I always receive a first class service throughout. Attentive and professional level and a credit to the company .

Went on a Tuesday morning first thing maybe that was the reason the hairdresser was in a foul mood. I have no idea. I’ve never have had a bad experience before in Peter mark blackpool but I promise you I’ll never darken their doorstep again. I have really long hair asked for it to be cut mid length with layers. Fine hair dresser asked me feck all questions to exactly what I want. I saw her finishing this box cut and asked are you doing layers to which she grabbed a length of hair from the back of my head and said it’s layered. Then sheared strings of hair around my face. Honestly I’ve never dealt with such an ignorant person before so I wasn’t gonna stoop gave the young one a tip and left would never go back there again. And honestly I’ve always been treated lovely there that young one would want to look at herself

Friendly staff and they recognised me from my last visit for a hair cut a few weeks ago (first time in Wexford Town). Salon busy and good energy. Found consultation with colourist and Hannah very easy and showed them some pictures of the colour and style I liked and they achieved that which I was so happy about. Offered drinks and the massage chair is a nice extra. Very happy with service, staff and salon. Plenty of magazines to chose from and served by Hannah at the till when leaving & we said our “see you soons” as I’m booked in for a blow dry this Friday!

I organised a last minute appointment.
From the minute Sophie took my booking she was very polite and helpful.
Sophie washed and blow dried my hair exactly how I wanted.

This was my first time at Peter Mark (Forestside) i was a bit anxious as i have been with the same hairdresser for so long. The colourists were so knowledgeable which relaxed me straight away. From the colourist to the girl who washed my hair and then finally my blow dry…i couldn't be happier . The atmosphere in the salon was lovely, you get a real sense that the staff enjoy their work. That is me converted now to being a lifelong Peter Mark client at Forestside, Belfast . Thank you !!!!

I am extremely happy with the service I got from staff. There was first a consultation to clarify what way I needed my hair styled, I'm always nervous of a hair cut as Its difficult with my grey curly hair and I never want an old fashion style, Thank you Noeleen for the time and listening to me, my hair is fabuolous now, it is great to find a stylist who understands curly hair.
The saloon is spotless, other staff very helpful, and Brooke will make a great stylist in the near future.

I called a few days before and booked an updo went in the day of my appointment they told me I didn’t book a updo but that I booked ghd curls.Curls don’t last in my hair so that doesn’t make any sense on how I’d book that. They then told me that I’ve too much hair and then can’t do an updo,that baffles me that a trained stylist can’t do an updo on long hair. I don’t do well with confrontation and told them to just do the curls,she asked if I wanted them tight or loose I said tight because my hair does not hold curls well. She did not do them tight at all she put half of it into a half up half down kinda thing. I still payed the full €53 for it,the curls had dropped within the hour of me arriving home I tried to touch up the curls before heading out to my birthday party and the bobble snapped because of the heat I’m assuming. In the end my mam and sister and me had to try figure something else out to do with my hair. That was very disappointing as it was the day of my 18th birthday party and I thought by booking to get my hair done it would be one less thing to stress about because I’ve lots of hair but no it became the main cause of stress.It was such a waste of money I spent because I ended up doing my own hair and didn’t try offer any bit of compensation for the mess up of appointment on their behalf. When I called the phone to book all I said was updo not a curly updo or something like that just an updo so I don’t know where they got ghd curls from. I do not recommend this salon at all for up-styles especially if you have long hair. The staff were nice and friendly but that doesn’t make up for a bad experience.

I love the way I am always greeted by name and made feel so welcome. All the staff are so friendly even people I am meeting for the first time. The whole atmosphere is so positive. As for my stylist Joe, what can I say!! He is a miracle worker and I always leave feeling so much better, Keep doing what Bray salon does so well. A really great experience. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in and met my stylist Pauly to the finish I was treated so well. Pauly listened to what I wanted, gave me different ideas on the haircut and made sure I was clear about everything before they started to cut my hair. I found the whole experience really good and I felt valued and listened to. The end result was better than I hoped and I will definitely be going back again .

Have been getting my colour done with Rodney in Liffey Valley for over 20 years - he is absolutely brillant.
I saw both Rodney and Brenda today and walk out really happy as I always do

My hairdresser is great, but unfortunately when I went to pay yesterday I couldn't believe that the cost for my cut and blow dry went up by £6 to £58.50. I have short hair and get me haircut every 5-6 weeks so I really don't know if I can justify the cost. Looks like I may have to look elsewhere to get my haircut.
