amazing since under new ownership, was put off with the reviews on here but decided to go for it anyway, order was confirmed promptly and dispatched within a few days (not bad for a custom order).
the wall stickers now sit on my sons bedroom wall and looks awesome!

We ordered wall stickers. They sent the wrong colour and the wrong amount. We have sent several emails, messages, but they just simply don't react. I call this theft.

Ordered wall stickers in July, but they never arrived. I received an email about shipment two weeks ago, but in that email if you click on trackig your order, it leads you back to the confirmation of order... Of course payment was taken immediately. The company is impossible to communicate with, they ignore all messages - email, via website, their messenger... and there is no phone number. I briefly managed to get hold of the seller on Etsy, but she disappeared. Very disappointed.

Order not received. Never reply to any communications. Should be closed down.

I ordered a set of dinosaur decal. Was told would be posted 2 days later 1st class. Over the next 2 weeks, I pressed the owner on their Instagram page where my order was. I was ignored until I posted on one of their ads for other people to see. After forcing the issue and mithering until they got back to me, I finally received my order. In the order came a selection of 3 different dinosaur stickers but more of one of them. No instructions, no receipt, no acknowledgement in the envelope. Bad service, bad quality product.

I placed an order for some stickers and a babygro back in May, order never received, I emailed on several occasions and did not receive a reply. I then tried Facebook and received a reply informing me they were sorry and another one is in the post - I did not receive that either. After several Facebook messages again they were sending another one out, tracked - I have never received the tracking number, nor my order and this was 2 weeks ago, they are now not replying at all. Of course they have taken the money for my order... this is disgusting customer service - to take peoples money, never actually receive the order but to then not even have the decency to reply or offer a refund is terrible.

I was sent some wall stickers.

Have tried two make contact still waiting on a rely. Her birthday has now passed it was on wed 5th June
Had two buy her another gift

I ordered beginning of may, never received my order tried to email 3/4 times and got nowhere contacted them on their Instagram page and got told it was sent out which it wasn’t; then was told another would be sent and be with me in a few days this was nearly 2 weeks ago and still nothing I contacted the Instagram page again and got ignored. Completely unprofessional behaviour seen as I paid for my item would never use again they take your money and don’t give you your item.

I am yet to put up the stickers, so not sure how they will look, but they did arrive promptly and in good condition. They look as described online. However I only received 20 in the medium pack, not 22 as described online. I have tried contacting the company, but am yet to receive a response and there is no number to call them on

Loved the decals that I ordered for my sons nursery, it has made the room. Postage was quick and communication was excellent and the products exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be recommending and using this company again.

Took a month to arrive, was lied to multiple times regarding when it had been sent out. Absolutely awful company, not sure reading all the other reviews how it is still doing business to be honest.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive and after contacting them on 3 different occasions to which they replied to none of them I finally received an email to say my item had been dispatched. It arrived a week later with the date in the stamp being the day before so they clearly hadn’t posted it the week before as stated. Poor customer service and wouldn’t look to use again.

I was happy with the design but unfortunately it took so long to sort it out after I emailed with my problem then it turnt up and the letters aren’t sticking.

I wouldn't order again from this company. Not trustworthy. I had to send numerous messages/ emails etc to make sure my order was sent. They claimed to have sent it on a certain date but the postmark made that impossible and they were clearly trying to fob me off. The quality of the product on arrival was poor with no instructions on how best to apply etc. Avoid avoid avoid.

Stickers are very nice, but I had to wait 3 weeks for my order. Although very pleased with the way they look. Good quality product.

I wrote a review but I am unable to amend it currently. I bought some decals for my daughter's bedroom but after trying to put them on the wall they all pealed off. I tried to put them up several times, I even tried to put them on a different wall in a different room to see if there was a problem with the walls in my daughter's room and they still came off. I have tried to contact Petite Penguin for a refund but they are not replying to any of my emails. I have had to resort to contacting trading standards as they have sold me a product that is not fit for purpose and at nearly £50 I feel they should at the very least contract me. In addition some of the spots were damaged before I even attempted to put them on the wall. I would strongly advise not to ever use this company and after reading the other reviews I am not the only person who is upset with their order and/or service from Mitchell and Georgia.

1st order ok. 2nd order took 23 days to arrive and had bits missing. Have emailed several times without getting a reply. Unlikely to order again.

Love my items can't wait to decorate my boys room now. Items ariverd within a week off purches very impressed thank you PP

Really happy with the look of the wall sticker but thought the quality was poor! As I was putting it on the wall it ripped very easy
