A Very reliable and efficient retailer for used and new mobiles. I bought many phones from this retailer in excellent condition, which worked quite reliably for me. I would recommend this shop to anyone who would like to have there phones repaired or even to buy a new one.

I bought a used phone that was under a 12 month warranty and it was given to a teenager. Without the authorization of an adult they basically stole over $200 to repair a screen for a used phone that cost less than $300 voiding the warranty, then to make matters worse the phone stopped working within 2 weeks of this unauthorized repair and they refuse to honor the warranty because a child lost her cash receipt. Small Claims Court may be needed to get the refund due to a child that had to work at Subway to earn that money and is not cable of making the decision to make this repair. The manager was a total jerk.

We paid when we dropped off our device they didn't give us a receipt. They said when we picked it up in a week they would give us our receipt. Weeks past no call. We called them and they said they had to order a part. Then a month later still bot done. Every time we called they said they were waiting on the part. Turns out they misplaced it. And it was never being worked on. The. They shipped it to another store when they found it. Two months past amd they said well it's not fixed the part didn't fix it. I told them to talk to my husband and he told them to check the battery. A week later now it's not fixed and they caharged me more money. There was a lack of communication and professionalism.

Found phonemedic on google and best price around. Simple to navigate, find cost and psy. Phone took longer to repair thsn I anticipated and no communicstion other than online order info which always flsgged progress ss 'processing.'
Repair was satisfsctory snd pleased with both the service and price.

Same day turn around for my broken screen.

Everyone hates being without their phone! Well here is my story.... I sent my phone lunchtime via RM and by 10.30 the next day I was contacted and advised that my new screen was already fitted and I'd get my phone back the next day.
I was very impressed by the service and would have no reservations in recommending this company or indeed using them again. One of only a handful reviews I have ever written. Keep up the good work.

Other repair industries need to take a leaf out of this companies book. Excellent communications plus a considerate and responsible attitude to the repairs undertaken. And all at a set cost!

I was concerned sending my iPhone 5c as there are so many cowboy companies out there for the mobile phone industry, but reassured by the good reviews. The device was brilliant. I had cracked the screen and they replaced it and put the phone back in the post the same day they received it. Couldn't ask for better and the phone looks like new again.

Just all good, if you need your phone fixed send it to these guys they rock!!!

Spoke to Nigel on day 1 , he gave me help over the phone to see if the phone needed to come in. Ended up sending the phone on same day, got a call the next day, diagnosed problem, sold the exact service need, which was a battery and day 3 it will be with me.
I will be using again as it was trouble free and did not cost until I agreed with the solution, and may I add was very well priced.

Do not hesitate to use these guys

So I managed to drop my iPhone and smash the screen. So I went to Apple to get it repaired who want £214! I found phone medic on google who done it for £59. At the start I wasn't sure if this was a scam or not, as there it's many out there who are.

So I paid the £59 sent my phone and had it back in my hand the day after it was repaired. They even repaired it the same days as recieving it!

Great job and I certainly will be telling my friends about it if they have issues with their phones!
