Phone was completely dead & these guys

Really easy once I spoke to them - the website did not give me a nexus option? But after that the service was as I have xaid quick and eccicient would use again (hopefully my son has learnt not to throw the tablet at the wallnow) and would recommend to others without reservation

Slightly apprehensive about posting iPhone off for repair. Arrived with Phone Medics Monday, back to me on Wednesday. V pleased with service.

I have to admit I was slightly nervous about sending my daughters iPhone 5 for a screen repair thinking I might never see it again. However I can say that the whole process was excellent with amazing turnaround speed,having got it back the very next day. Phone now looks like new again!

My only slight criticism is that the advertised prices on the web site seemed to suggest that the Royal Mail Special Delivery return postage cost was included after reading the FAQ page. Its only during the checkout process that you discover you have to opt-in for Special Delivery for an extra fee. Nobody in their right might would dream of just using Recorded Delivery for their precious phone! Maybe look at making this clearer, or better still include it in the cost.

Other than that - an excellent service and company.

Took my ipad in with a black screen, it was fixed within half an hour, tested and fully working, cost me next to nothing, fab service, thanks guys, will recommend you to my friends.

I used Phone Medic to replace a broken screen on my iphone 4s. I used their website to book and pay for the job using paypal and recieved clear instructions for posting the phone. I was given a tracking number by the post office. The next afternoon I checked to see if the parcel had been signed for using my tracking number and was amazed to see that the job was complete and the phone was on its way back to me!! What awesome service, I can't recomend the service enough, it was superb, many thanks

I discoverer this site on the internet, as I was searching for a repairer of my iPhone.
The service offered was too good to be true, but correct to their word, the phone was turned around in their workshop within 3 hours.
They received it on the Monday 24th March, repaired it and it was back with me today 25th March.
I fully trust this superb company.

My phone was accidentally put into a bag of water last July, I did the whole leave in rice thing and took it to a local guy who said it was so badly water damaged it was unfixable!! Phone medic fixed it and it's fully working, such a shame I waited 8 mths to get a 2nd opinion!

Rapid service and totally fixed my phone with no messing about, no hesitation and no secondary issues. Defo recomend.

My iPhone had an argument with the pavement and lost... Smashed screen, panic!
Can't fault the website, the price, the employee I spoke to about my order on the phone, or the amazingly fast turnaround.
I don't however like the replacement home button... horrid, 'sharp' edges (not a smooth dimple like the original)
