I called several companies for a quote on the issue with my daughters I-phone, there was an obvious problem with the power button, but a less obvious issue with Wi-Fi not connecting. Most people quoted me roughly £75 to fix both issues but the phone medic advised two simple checks on Wi-Fi re-sets, and they worked first time - Excellent service which inspired confidence that they were not looking to make money from something very simple to fix. I sent the phone to them for the power button repair (~£34 including return shipping) and the phone was back with us 48 hours later which is superb. Based on one experience I would definitely recommend them, as I am sure this is normal standard for them.

Sent phone off to be repaired on Tuesday and had it back in my hands on Friday, all working perfectly like new. Will definitely recommend Phone Medic!

My phone was fitted with a faulty part. They apologised and refunded my postage and sent it back to me the next day. Great service thank you.

I was a bit dubious when I smashed my phone screen. It almost seemed irresponsible to send my phone off to an unknown company that I found on the internet. So, I phoned them. The guy I spoke to was fab - very reassuring and he even rang me once my phone was fixed. This is a fantastic service that is efficient and cost effective. I would strongly recommend anyone who has problems to go straight to phone medic!

Very quick service. I forgot to include my personal details when I sent off the phone (idiot!). This was quickly resolved and I got the phone back within 24 hours. Excellent service!

needed a replacement screen for my iphone 5.went onto phone medics website looked up to see how much it would be,payed by paypal posted my phone off on Monday,on Tuesday afternoon had a call to say the phone was repaired and that they were posting it back to me,received the phone back on the Wednesday fully repaired.
from now on any phone repairs I will use phone medic.

Phone was repaired and returned immediately. Just one error - did not return to requested address. Phone was sent to invoice address (home) and not delivery address; so Post Office couldn't delivery and I had to go and fetch it.

They received my iPhone on Monday, it was back 9am on Tuesday . Incredibly fast and efficient service and competitively priced. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Dropped my iphone in a car park on a Tuesday morning, searched the web for a repair, chose phone medic without hesitation, posted it in the late afternoon same day, Tuesday and had it back in my hand Thursday morning. Beat that.

After smashing my 2nd iPhone screen and remembering how it cost me about £100 to get it fixed last time I thought I'd have a look online to see if there's better alternatives. I found Phone Medic and as their website looked really nice and professional I thought I'd give them a try. I was not disappointed as the overall experience was excellent. Overall I only spent 2 days without my phone and it cost just £40 to fix the screen issue. It came back in very nice and secure packaging and it felt like a brand new phone. My only tiny niggle is that the home button now feels a bit flimsy (it feels a bit "shakey" to the touch), but it's not a showstopper and I am not sure that I wouldn't have this problem if the repair was done elsewhere.

If you need your phone or tablet repaired use this company. They do exactly what they promise and the repairs are carried out very quickly and offer very competitive prices as well.

Replaced the front screen and back screen on my daughters 4s and made the phone look like new, very efficient service and quick delivery times. I would recommend the service and also use it again if I ever had the need.

There was a slight delay with the return of my son's ipad,as they had to order a part in.The communication was good throughout,and it was returned in top condition as good as new. They paid extra for the Saturday delivery,so my son could have it for school on the Monday.
I would not hesitate to use them again !

Cant say enough getting my iphone fixed was so simple it was water damaged to the point I thought it was wrecked but for a fraction of the price I've got my phone back and its as good as new
