Update 17.31 3rd Nov they’ve turned up 4 days late. Despite the box saying fresh produce don’t deliver after 31st Oct. And despite the ‘fragile’ label, they’re smashed to pieces. Unrecognisable. Heartbreaking for my grandsons.

3RD FAILED DELIVERY. Others were NOT ‘received successfully’ as well you know it.

Update. 2nd Nov. Called Piglets Pantry. Totally unconcerned as most of the deliveries ARE delivered. I don’t matter as most get through. They can’t do anything about it as not prepared to deal with DHL. 3 failed deliveries out of 4 in 4 months clearly isn’t enough.

Unfortunately I’m going to have to give up using this company, certainly until they stop using DHL, and definitely not for a special day or surprise.
3rd time in 4 months they’ve failed to deliver. Yes, piglets pantry are apologetic and offer to redeliver. But I’m a disappointed Grandma who now has two disappointed grandsons who I’d hoped would love the Halloween cupcakes I’d arranged to be sent to them. Halloween is one day a year.
How do we know that DHL staff aren’t eating the goods? The box is recognisable and u was told if they don’t deliver they have to destroy the goods. How do Piglets Pantry know this has happened.

We were really very pleasantly surprised.
Our afternoon tea came, beautifully packed, complete with cool packs still icy.
And, of course, the most important thing is the food. It was excellent! I think the sausage rolls are the best ever! (Loads of sausage!). Everything was delicious and plenty of it.

We had a voucher for Piglet's Pantry and ordered the food to be delivered today. Ordering was an easy process and clear about what you can get and the prices. The afternoon tea was delivered today and everything was so well packaged and presented. The cakes were amazing and not at all dry (which i was worried about). I'd definitely use them again for myself or even as a gift for a loved one.

Received a 'Buy A Gift' voucher and found this company that offered Afternoon Teas at home. Paid a bit extra to upgrade to a larger tea. Ordered it well in advance of when I needed it as an 'arrival treat' for when we got to our UK holiday destination. Got emails the day before and on the day to say it had been prepared and was on its way. Packaging was just gorgeous (and very well thought through) everything arrived pristine, it really felt like we'd received presents! Very well designed and planned. And everything in the box was delicious and very high quality - sausage rolls, quiche, scones and cream, gingerbread shapes, 4 different loaf cakes. Will definitely order again.
Received a call the day after delivery date as there was a mix up and the Piglet's staff thought we hadn't received our order; full marks there too, as it could have been a difficult conversation if we hadn't received it and they were fully prepared to sort out any potential issues.
Who'd had thought an afternoon tea could bring so much joy and satisfaction!

We had our first vegetarian savory afternoon tea and I can honestly say it was DIVINE, so so fresh and the flavours were sublime, we really did not want it to end. When I called and spoke to Laura she was so so helpful and explained it all to me, so thank you Laura and all the bakers who make the tea up. I would 100% recommend Piglets Pantry and cannot wait to get another one.

I used Piglets Pantry as it was a Groupon deal and always wondered what they were like.
I tried to order online, but the web site was not working properly, so I went old style and did the order by phone, which was so easy, and arranged a delivery date.
The parcel came on the day as arranged and wow, what a feast.
All looks delicious, perfectly packed and with storage and reheating instructions.
Thank you Piglets Pantry, I will certainly be using you again.

Sorry I can not say was satisfied with them but I think I was more the delivery company to deliver a cream tea so a person to have it for supper not tea time they'had it from 6.30 in morning so to deliver it 6.45 at night not good so will look at booking another one

I ordered afternoon tea for my dad’s birthday. Unfortunately the delivery company let me & Piglets Pantry down & didn’t deliver when they were meant to, meaning the tea was spoiled.
However, the wonderful Georgina very promptly arranged for another to be sent out which was thoroughly enjoyed by my parents.
I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful tea (which looked very tasty) and the great help and assistance they provided. I will definitely order from them again.

Used a buy a gift, voucher on the afternoon tea delivery.
So pleased with it. Every item was very tasty and expertly packed. Best sausage rolls and scones i have tasted. Well recommended

We ordered this for my auntie Margaret .I ordered it for the 24th of October instead of the 24 th of September.
Lady on phone very understanding and sent it as soon as possible to the 24th of September
Auntie Margaret loved it and said it was fantastic quality! She doesn't get out very often so was very pleased with it!

Ordered online a pie and beer box to be sent to my Grandson who had just started at Exeter University
Got a call today to say that they cannot deliver to Exeter University as have been unable to deliver orders there in the past and informed it would have 75% chance of being a failed delivery. Would not refund the cost of the box - only the cost of the gift card to accompany it. However they did agree to send the Pies to me at a date of our choosing provided it was reasonably soon as they had already ordered the ingredients. Just want everyone to be aware of this inability to deliver to the University as your money will not be refunded

The giftee loved their afternoon tea box. Excellent delivery, excellent packaging, brilliant quality, and really lovely team. One thing I’d have liked is delivery available within two days of wanting to order, rather than 3-4. The website interface was hard to use on mobile- which I’d say majority people order via phones. My dad would have struggled to use the site. Thank you team! Will definitely order again soon x

Packaging damaged, the ice bags were defrosted so had been in the box a long time, the post on the box said 1 day only but arrived a day later, scone was hard and stale, the veggie savouries were dry and all the same flavour, carrot cake was lovely and moist. As this was a gift I had to lie to my friends and tell them it was delicious, not worth the money, you need to give what you advertise, it’s called customer care

My daughter bought me a gift of classic afternoon tea from piglets pantry. All of the ingredients supplied was amazing and very well packaged. Would definitely use them again and try out other products.

Having had deliveries from Worthing previously, to see you had opened the store at Brighton station was great news…. Until….I found out it was card only after placing my order. I only had cash on me but thankfully you have 2 super heroes working in the store, one of which was Katelyn (I think) who offered to use her card for me and I gave her the cash. Thankyou Katelyn and thankyou both for first class customer service.

Have you any plans to accept cash? Whilst I accept the security around it, I hope it doesn’t put potential customers off.
