Stayed with Pink Moon at Camp Bestival 2026.
Great experience.
Clean, safe, good facilities.
Highly recommend.

I went to camp Bestival and stayed with pink moon as I wanted to arrive and have a text already set up for me. I was massively impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The toilets and showers were constantly cleaned which means I won’t ever attend camp Bestival not in the pink moon area from now on. Game changer to be able to use facilities so clean at this kind of event with your child.

Overall great must be a challenge to keep all things pristine but was a little shabby in the Hospitality area at camp bestiville

It was worth every penny to ensure an extra layer of security for my boys, good lighting, better weather and staff could not do enough

Stayed with Pink moon, in a 3/4 belle tent at Camp Bestival in Dorset. Beautifully clean facilities and site, staff were amazing, and great location! Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. We stayed in a deluxe bell tent at Camp Bestival. Nothing delux about it or the facilities. Tents packed in like battery hens. We were 10m from a diesel generator that ran 24 hours at constant 70+ decibels. 6”mattress was actually 4” of cheap foam - really uncomfortable. Tent smelt of mould. Toilets and showers were 1 step up from a portaloo. Manager on site was unhelpful, unfriendly and dismissive. It is just a cash cow, absolutely nothing boutique about it. My advice is avoid at all costs.

Clean well laid out tents. Clean well stocked toilet facilities. Hot showers cleaned after every use. Location close to village area. Our first time at latitude and would definitely use pink moon again.

I worked for Pink Moon as general staff in 2026

-we were encouraged to ignore/hide problems, such as mouldy bedding, stains, ripped tents etc.

-All bedding is unwashed and is poor quality, mattresses are left outside overnight and are dirty, covered in bird poo and never cleaned.

-staff are paid minimum wage and are treated terribly. Meals withheld and of terrible quality, lower level crew are seen as disposable(by Managers Joel and Holly in particular), basic provisions not provided, including not providing hand washing facilities. This is especially terrible in festivals that are far away from shops. Staff are expected to leave during the show days of some festivals and come back after, meaning they are left with nowhere to stay.

-dubious tax behaviour, which is well known internally, company is extremely lacking in social responsibility, it makes 9million a year in profits, which all come from exploitation of workers, cutting corners, and avoiding paying tax(looking at you Harry).

-shout out chantelle, you do an amazing job, sorry you are surrounded by idiots, fingers crossed your next job is one that treats you better

Great facilities close to the festival. Used them at Latitude. Quite pricey but a really nice treat

The festival I booked for was cancelled as Heritage Live went under. Pink Moon were brilliant from the first hours of the news breaking they promised a full refund and then followed through with this without any chasing or work on my part. Very decent company. Highly commended.

Just back from the state fayre festival and first time using pink moon. We stayed in a super classic bell. The tent was so comfy and spacious, the mattress was very comfy and the bedding was clean. Plenty of toilets and showers, first day no queue at all and second day it was <5 minutes. The pamper parlour was a great idea and the VIP area was perfect. The staff were all so lovely, helpful and attentive. The guests were all respectful. It is expensive but in my view totally worth it, it just takes all the downsides of festivals out of the equation. I was so sad to leave and will be booking again!

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are friendly and professional to the highest standards and will bend over backwards to make your experience better. Showers and toilets are manned constantly and are always clean and tidy.

I go to the Isle of Wight festival every year and always book them and am never disappointed.

Just back from moonlight meadows, great experience except breakfast van was revolting and very disorganised. Coffee van was better. Showers were not cleaned in the evening so disgusting around 11pm

Excellent location once we found it (not signposted) and staff were so lovely and helpful. Tent was great. But just not enough showers (half hour queue) or sinks (4 sinks for hundreds of guests to wash hand after toilets / clean teeth just wasnt enough). Apart from that it was great being so close to IOW arena

3rd time staying at tipi terrace at the iow festival , bell tent was superb , bed was good, made up and clean and fresh , pillows were comfortable brilliant location for the festival only thing I wish was that there was a entrance/exit a bit further back to tipi terrace to avoid the end of the night people traffic jam all heading the same direction to campsites

Although expensive pink moon really do enhance the Isle of Wight experience, great tent, clean showers and toilets and very good bars will definitely be booking again!!!

Stayed for isle of wight festival, not a camper personally however have to say it was a great experience. We stayed in Tipi terrace, tents are spacious, comfortable beds. The campsite itself, was spotless. Showers and toilets cleaned constantly. All the staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend

Pink Moon is fantastic . I’m too old for sleeping on the floor and putting my own tent up . Pink moon makes the festival a more enjoyable experience friendly staff spotless facilities and feel safe , we stay in Harvest moon, .its worth every penny
