My boyfriend rang Pinney Talfourd in Chelmsford as we need independent solicitor sign off as we are purchasing a holiday let through a company and he was told "we are too busy for this kind of work". Very rude attitude and also very shortsighted because we will obviously not be returning in the future for something they might deem more profitable!
