Unreliable company

Update:
The product I have received was incorrect AND broken.

On Christmas I purchased from them because the website said - even at the checkout - that the product will arrive in 3 business days. AFTER the purchase a popup arrears that says the team is on its "well deserved" holiday, the order will be processed on 5th January. I spent an hour designing the custom product on this website and now I have no time nor willingness to start again on another site, while fighting for nonexistent money back. I do NOT recommend anyone from purchasing on this shady and unreliable website.
