Do not reply to complaints
Paid for site through pitch up but site and pitch terrible and not what we paid for we did not stay .Site manager said we would get refund from pitch up,but they have not responded to our complaint 6 weeks now. Good for finding sites,but will book directly through site not pitch up.Quite a lot of sites are not allowing booking through this now you have never tried to contact me eventhough you say so on reply

Do Not Use. Ever!
Will never use your booking services again. Booking system didn’t sync up with the site I booked so my booking was never even made. Arranged time off work, bought food and packed car. Even set off on the journey. All to find out half way there I was never going to get to check-in. Absolute joke of a service and ruined my trip. Will be seeking compensation.

Sites and parks listed on Pitchup.com manage their own allocation, and it is their responsibility to keep this up to date at all times. They are able to do this via their manager portal 24/7.
Once we were made aware of the issue, our team immediately contacted the campsite and assisted in resolving the matter. We’re pleased to confirm that, thanks to our intervention, the site promptly processed a full refund.
While this doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, we hope it shows our commitment to supporting our customers when things go wrong.
We apologise again for the experience and truly hope this doesn’t deter you from considering Pitchup.com in future.

Nice and easy to book site and services you require.
Down side is I wanted to pay of what I was left owing earlier than date stated, but was unable to do so .did try to ring but the waiting time was horrendous.
So just waited for them to take payment on agreed date .

What a lovely little find
What a lovely little find. Owners very friendly. Very small site with 4 level gravel pitches with water, grey waste and electric hookup. The spaces have been staggered so you all get a lovely view of the rolling hillsides. Facilities were spacious, very clean, with heat adjustable electric showers. Wash up area good and amazing at recycling. We will definitely be back.
