Had an issue with the printer head on the Franking machine. Issue was fully fixed the following day after contacting Pitney Bowes with the problem.
Jim Mitchell was friendly and polite as always, the repair was completed swiftly with a full service given at the same time.

Matt Lake as always is very efficient in getting out to us when an issue is raised and if he cant sort the situation there and then, is always ensuring that parts are ordered and he is back out with us at the earliest moment to sort our issue.

Graham always goes over & above when dealing with any issues we might have. He thoroughly tests our equipment to make sure we are up & running before leaving. we have been having some trouble with our franking machine for a little while, so we contacted our engineer Kevin Murphy. Our machine is one of the old models and can be very temperamental at times. Kevin has always been so good, and helpful, and a total Wizz at fixing it. This time it was quite the challenge for him, true to form Keven had the machine taken apart, it took a little time, and a very needed clean, but once Kevin had put it all back together it was up and running perfectly, Kevin is always so reliable and he really knows his machines. Thank you Kevin 😁👍

Excellent service as always from Pitney Bowes. After reporting an issue, the engineer was with us first thing the next day.
Roderick Joseph was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently and had the required parts with him. He also explained the problem and how it had had been sorted.
The guys from Pitney Bowes are always very friendly and approachable. Cannot fault the service.

Nothing has been smooth from the moment we got the system. The system itself has been good but the service has not been at all what we would expect. Multiple hidden charges that have been confirmed that they were not explained, yet still nothing done about it.

Great service provided by the engineer, Colin Prescod! Colin did a brilliant job—quickly identifying the issue with our franking machine and resolving it with great speed. He was very clear in explaining the problem and gave us a helpful timeframe for how long it would take to fix, which staff greatly appreciated. A new screen was required for the machine; this was impressively replaced the next day. Before leaving, Colin tested the machine with staff and restored all of the previously used settings.
