Mark Grant & Graham Milburn our engineers are always a pleasure to welcome into our office & have been for over 10 years! Prompt and friendly guys who always make sure our mailing machine is running smoothly. They were recently on site amending one of our jobs on our machine & completed very swiftly. From maintenance to emergency call outs - nothing is too much trouble! Thanks Mark & Graham, both a credit to Pitney Bowes!

Nothing has been smooth from the moment…

Nothing has been smooth from the moment we got the system. The system itself has been good but the service has not been at all what we would expect. Multiple hidden charges that have been confirmed that they were not explained, yet still nothing done about it.

Great service provided by the engineer

Great service provided by the engineer, Colin Prescod! Colin did a brilliant job—quickly identifying the issue with our franking machine and resolving it with great speed. He was very clear in explaining the problem and gave us a helpful timeframe for how long it would take to fix, which staff greatly appreciated. A new screen was required for the machine; this was impressively replaced the next day. Before leaving, Colin tested the machine with staff and restored all of the previously used settings.

I didn't want to change the franking…

I didn't want to change the franking machine but was made to and then we had all sorts of problems setting it up which was a total waste of my time. Still waiting for the tech people to contact me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Amazing set-up experience

We had Neil Strotton (an Engineer and Representative) come out to help us set-up our new machine, our team felt incredibly confident following his instruction and advice which is impressive for what can be considered a complicated/confusing task. Incredibly impressed by the service, knowledge, and personality Neil brought to it!

PB SmartLink Issues

Stuart Burton visited our site today, was very friendly and helpful during his time here, and was of great assistance in helping to troubleshoot issues we were having with a SmartLink device, and also providing a helpful troubleshooting guide and other options to help resolve an issue.

The only reason i'm putting a 4 star review for this, is that the comms initially with the helpdesk have been a little slow/delayed prior to getting an engineer sent to site.
