Jim Mitchell visited our office on Tuesday 10th March to repair our franking machine, as always Jim was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the work to a very high standard. He also gave us great peace of mind by thoroughly testing the machine before his departure. A true professional.

We had an issue with our 1st Class and 2nd Class Barcodes. We contacted David R Martin for advice who immediately contacted Steven Simpson.
Steven very kindly took the time to explain what we needed and helped resolve our 1st & 2nd class graphics, then the next day David R Martin arrived on site to remedy the situation.
Both Steven and David went above and beyond to help, with such a quick turnaround, we cannot thank them both enough.

The issue with the franking machine could not be resolved over the phone, so warren smith attended site the next day. Warren Smith was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. As soon as the parts arrived, he attended site and repaired the machine. this is the second time I have met Warren and find him very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about issues we have raised.

After issues with payments being allocated to the accounts the Pitney Bowes engineer Warren Smith attended site at serviced our envelope machine. Throughout the process of resolving the issues relating to invoices and payments Warren was very helpful and tried to keep me as informed as possible about the situation and could not have done anymore than he did to try and help us out.
