I have been using Pixum for many years now, and they are generally very good and getting us the goods on time and with good quality.
The tools for designing whatever it is you want printers are also good.

The last order (which is in progress right now) is taking already twice as long as it should though, which is why it's not a five star

Fast and very organized.

I have used pixum several times for books, calendars and canvas prints and have been satisfied so far. Only once I received order that was slightly damaged. After sending them a claim with attached photos I was contacted within few hours. Pixum apologized and new item was produced for me for no additional cost. All in all, I would rate them as a professional company.

Fast delivery and good quality prints.

The prices and quality of the photos were fine, but the delivery took way too long. Custom support wasn't great either. They couldn't even give me an estimated delivery date. Under the order status in my account the order was marked as sent for several days, even though it hadn't been sent yet. So there's a lot of things pixum need to improve on.

Just as it´s supposed to be : Easy to use, direclty from the phone to my mailbox. Great !

I ordered a wedding photo of my wife and I, from Pixum.dk - as a wedding anniversary present. It turned up a little later than expected, so I didn't have time to open and check it. I figured it would be fine, as I had spent so much time adjusting the color, grading, size and clipped it loads of times... so it was just perfect,... on screen. when I presented to my wife on our first wedding anniversary, I was suprised and not a little embarrassed to find that the photo was.... a dog. Yes, a big black, wet and steaming labrador, with a bit of grass in it's mouth, and a fetching 'wet-look'. Said dog had clearly been chasing ducks in a dirty pond, in january. Not what I expected. well done Pixum! Oh - and thanks for leaving me waiting for ages on the customer service phone line, to then tell me that I need to take a picture of the dog, to help you sort out your own mess. Now I have to go home, photo it, attach it to an email and send you that email.... and wait..... how long? Never mind - I can go on to your site and 'recommend your service' (not) to others.... no, wait.... it's in german.... and it appears I can't actually rate anything besides the colour grading on the photo I received. Well, it's fine.... it's just an effing big black dog........

Good deal, but shipping can be faster, it took almost 5 days to get the delivery !!!

My pictures were quickly despatched, but due to a problem with my address, they never arrived. I contacted Pixum, who arranged for the photos to be sent again, without extra charge. I really appreciated their prompt and honest service, will definitely use them again.
