The app is constantly crashing, leading to loss of photos/ project work. I think the app closed off and crashed probably 20 times during my picture uploads. It happened also during payment.

Excellent quality and fast response time
I ordered 300+ photos on 31 December. They arrived on Jan 3. Quality is extremely good compared to other companies I have used, plus price is very competitive. I will definitely use again.

Mistakes in the product - Slow delivery - Bad service
Had previously been satisfied with Pixum but now my trust to this company is lost.
I ordered a wall calendar that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas (according to the information in pixum.dk).
The packet was delivered on December 30th, so my Christmas present was not really there on time. When I checked the calendar I saw that the picture for one month was wrong. I chose a fomat with 4 photos and instead only one cropped image was printed out.
Pixum asked me to take a picture of the final product and told me they will investigate the case. So i have to wait without a present to my father instead of them printing again the product without mistakes as soon as possible.
When I asked them to deliver the product in another address in Greece in order to avoid unnecessary delays they said it cannot be done because I placed the order in Denmark.

Very good quality every time
I recommend Pixum because everytime I order a product I get a good and constant quality. Which makes it easy for me to prepare my photographs. The products are fast delivered and the customer service is very nice and fast as well.

Pictures from the 70's
I had several pictures made from Pixum, they all had colorstick and reminded me of pictures from when I was a kid my self. So I was NOT satisfied. When I tryed to contact Pixum Denmark I had to write 3 times before one answers, that I should contact the compagnie in Germany. I tried but I never got through. So about 98 euros lost. I wont recomment this firm.
