Never received the order but still I paid for it. Worst customer service.
If you read the comment, you understand that I wrote very clearly, "Never received the order but STILL PAID FOR IT".
So your "company policy" or whatever you call the scam company can stay calm because you received my payment anyway.
As a customer, I have the right to express my experience with you , sorry is not the one you would like to read.

Hi Adelina, Our system states we have more than 10x back and forth email conversations with you wherein we have repetitively provided same information eventhough said information are clearly stated in the terms published in our site.
As we have mentioned several times together with links and screenshots, you received an email with tracking number and the parcel has been delivered to your mailbox since May 02.
We have different shipping methods and you chose free shipping. As published in our site to which you approved upon finalizing the order, our terms states "If you will choose free shipping or to mailbox delivery at the check out screen, the package is considered delivered if Postnord considers that this happened via traceability. Note that the recipient is responsible for the delivery after it has reached the recipient's mailbox, door or other drop-off point request according to the General Complaints Board's decision 2023-05-22; 2022-07469"
We also recommended several times to file for a police report to which you never did.
You chose to pay invoice via Klarna and you also raised same concern to them from which we have answered and provided same information together with our back and forth emails. Upon checking now, Klarna already closed your dispute in our favor --therefore you needed to pay your invoce.
We apologize if you felt that you have experienced worst customer service because the outcome you desire did not materialize. We will recommend to read the terms first before finalizing your purchase online in the future to avoid same scenario.
