Awful so far
Awful so far. They take double payments from your account and to chase to get back. Sat in all day for a boiler service no-one attended and I had to call to find out no one was coming as they were running late. Rescheduled sat in all day again. Company called for directions I clear instructions. They called again as we're struggling to find the property and I missed the call as I was on the phone to the hospice regarding my dad. I called back within 10 mins and the abandoned the job. Then I get emails from plusheat saying the company had called 4 times and if I cancel again I will be fined and between this im trying to reschedule and still waiting 4 days later for another appointment. Maybe I should fine them for not turning up the first time with no warning.

I’ve had a really positive experience with PLUS Heat. From the outset, they’ve been friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Appointments have been readily available, which makes a big difference, and they’ve always been punctual and reliable.
The team communicates clearly, explains everything in a straightforward way, and carries out the work efficiently and to a high standard. It’s been refreshing to deal with a company that is both responsive and genuinely helpful.

Nothing that goes wrong is ever covered by this insurance, complete scam as far as I can see. Definitely won't be renewing the cover for my rental properties.
The first attempt to get help, probably early 2025, I was asked to send a photo of the leaking pipe, but could not because the leak was above a cieling. This was all Plusheat needed as an excuse not to help. Today when I called about a leak, again I am told it is not covered, as the leak is from a pipe that conects to the boiler, and apparently I am only covered for plumbing. To me, pipes with water leaking from them are a plumbing issue, but not to Plusheat it would seem. My tenants have also had appointments for boiler servicing cancelled and re-booked several times before the job gets done.

Requesting Full Annual Boiler Report.
Had a telephone call requesting a a "full boiler report" for my annual boiler check in 2025, due to selling house.
Am waiting to receive this report, so unable to give any other judgement until the report is received. The guy I spoke to on the phone was nice and informative, so until the full report received and my request is complete, I cannot say anything further..
