Callus did a fantastic job servicing…

Callus did a fantastic job servicing our boiler. A very pleasant man,very professional, let us know when he would be arriving. As for plusheat great customer service very easy to arrange a service no problem. Would definitely recommend them

Good service

I have a boiler insurance contract and wanted to arrange my annual boiler service. This was easy to do online, confirmation came through quickly and the engineer came on time, and undertook the service promptly and efficiently.

On the initial service the condense…

On the initial service the condense pipe was left off leading to a leak. The 2nd scheduled service was cancelled meaning we had to wait 6 days for it to be rectified with no heating because of the leak. The engineer who finally sorted it was 1st class.

I had to wait in all day twice!

I had to wait in all day - *twice* - for my free boiler service.
Both times, I was told it would be between 8am and 6pm. Many service providers give a one hour time slot these days. Plus Heat seem to regard my time as worthless.
First time, I chased at 5pm to be told that 'confusion' around the date meant I had to re-book. (I wasn't confused at all!)
Then, after a very long phone call, they sent me a different date to the one newly agreed. So I had to chase again.
When it finally happened, the service was fine, hence my 2 star review.
