I have reviewed my initial rating as the company has contacted me to discuss options to ensure that my order, which was initially subject to a delay, can be satisfactorily fulfilled. It is pleasing to come across
a company that is willing to proactively and swiftly engage to resolve problems when they arise.

Arrived quickly but a bit disappointed with the picture quality as seen on screen...I bought this as the sofa is 18 feet from the telly & camera.....perhaps that's too far. Ok on balance.

I would like to commend PMC Telecom on an outstanding service, which of course is down to their choice of employee. I phoned PMC for help with choice of an item and payment. I was received by Mr. Paul Hart, whose telephone manner was exceptional; patient, helpful and good humoured. Because of him I will no doubt use PMC in the future rather than Amazon.

After a few emails back and forth trying to resolve the issue, a very helpful customer service agent Paul has resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Used them before with the same experience.

The website is clear and very helpful. The product range is extensive. Customer service was excellent and my order was delivered ahead of schedule. PMC will certainly be my provider of choice from now on.

I've dealt with a few peolpe at PMC, notably Paul Hart. They are all knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They get back to you when the information isn't readily available and the goods that you order turn up when they say they will. All round top performance, would highly recommend!
