The bag came with a thread loose. For the price we’re paying, it’s not appropriate to do this. There are people saving money to but a nice leather bag that would last them for years and here we get a bag with defect.

I bought a Neuf Mini bag as a birthday gift for my wife, but when she opened the shipping package in front of family and friends, the box was completely empty. It was an embarrassing and deeply frustrating situation to be left empty-handed on her special day.
When I contacted Polène customer support, they completely shifted the burden onto me. Even after I explained that the parcel arrived sealed and undamaged on the exterior (meaning the issue occurred at their fulfillment center or during transit), they refused to process a refund or replacement unless I sent photographs of all sides and the interior of an empty cardboard box.
Polène is legally responsible under EU Consumer Law to deliver the goods purchased. Offloading their carrier investigation with DHL onto the customer while holding my money hostage is completely unacceptable for a supposed luxury brand. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere

Terrible customer service!! Their returns portal has been down this week so I have been unable to initiate my return. I have sent them emails to advise on next steps however I receive auto responses stating a human will get back to me but nobody has. My 30 day return period expired yesterday and they have still not responded.

Love the leather and unique style

I did a lot of research before purchasing from Polene, because I like to buy a bag based on its quality rather than the label. The Numéro Un Nano has not disappointed! I absolutely adore my bag, it is well made, beautiful and functional. It’s easy to get in and out of with one hand (which is super helpful when you’re out and about), and it holds far more than you’d think from its size.

I would recommend Polene every day of the week, and I’ve already started browsing for my next Polene purchase ❤️

It’s a lovely bag, nice quality. The only little problem it has it’s that it needs stronger magnets as the ones that it has don’t really hold the shape of the bag

It was super easy to place my order my dream bag came within 4 days. They delivered it at the exact spot that I wanted (I changed my delivery place) so that I could pick it up by a pickup place. And everything is so perfect the color the bag the packaging just everything. I love the service and the bag 💕

I absolutely love my Mokki bag! The Textured Ebony color is even more beautiful in person. I love the unique design, the quality of the leather and all the little details. It looks elegant but is also easy to wear every day. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Polène.

Very good but if its base was straight it would be even better as equipments would fit in nightly and perfectly
