It’s my first time using the app but I loved it how easy forward to use it and faster. Keep it up the good work.

I booked a ride with Poparide, but it got cancelled at the last minute. I had an important meeting to attend, and this cancellation caused me financial loss along with extra meal and travel expenses. To make things worse, there’s no customer service number to call — their only contact is through email, and the response time is extremely slow. When I finally heard back, all they offered was a $5 coupon, which didn’t help at all. The issue was never properly resolved. Very disappointing service — I do not recommend Poparide to anyone. Avoid booking with them!

Very convenient and safe. Haven’t had a bad experience using the app yet, all passengers have been good, on time, and it the app works great.

Love the app. Made it very easy for me to make some extra money on trips I was taking anyways.

I am using Poparide since 2019 and has driven over a hundred passengers with no security issues. A few passengers that were egregiously late got bad reviews, which are visible to other drivers.

On a few occasions that I used Poparide as a passenger, their app made it easier and cheaper to commute between prairie cities than by bus.

One thing to improve is their chat interface (phone number blocker has high FP rate and blocks addresses, it loses typed text when switching away from app to look something up, audio messages for hands free communication while driving).

I’ve had great experiences using Poparide. The app is easy to use, the rides are safe and comfortable, and both drivers and passengers are friendly. It’s a convenient and affordable way to travel. Highly recommend!

It is a good ride share app. Its better to take secured stranger riding with you rather than random hitch hiker..

Great app good for passengers and drivers

I had a very bad experience with Poparide on October 7. The driver’s behavior was completely illegal, unprofessional, and abusive. He asked me to cancel the trip and pay in cash, went to the wrong location, and never picked me up.

Despite this, Poparide still charged me for the trip that never happened. I had to book another ride and pay again to complete my journey. The second driver followed all Poparide rules and was very professional — completely opposite of the first one.

I hope the Poparide team reviews this seriously and refunds my money. It’s very disappointing that instead of apologizing for the driver’s mistake, they charged me twice for a single trip.

Well designed and easy to use app is the main reason I have kept using the program since I started in late 2018. I also appreciate that all communications are recorded via the app so there’s no question of who said what, as well as the effort Poparide has put into it’s driver & passenger ID verification process.

Flexibility

Poparide never disappoints. I have taken many rides with them. I’ve never had an issue. Lost items were found on time. Drivers are very good!

Incredibly useful app. So convenient. I feel safe. I can see reviews left from others about drivers and choose who I want to ride with.
The app isn't perfect and sometimes messages take refreshing the page to load.
