I ordered some shoes about a week ago and still I can't track my order. Says can't be found.

Hi, I have seen the website "POPZORA" advertising on Instagram, Facebook and various other places online. I, like others read their reviews first, WHICH WERE ALL 5 STARS OF COURSE, then decided to purchase from them. I ordered 5 pairs of THE POPULAR SHOES CONSTANTLY ADVERTISED IN various colors, 1 red, 1 blue, 2 brown, 1 green that they advertise the most! Well, I paid straight to the company using my credit card. Order went through. They got my money and 5 weeks later I recieved a pair of size 5 baby shoes, poor quality and they were BLACK! NOW, I ORDERED 5 PAIR OF ALL PRETTY BRIGHT COLORED SHOES THEY ADVERTISED AND IN A SIZE 7, NOT A BLACK BABY PAIR! THIS WEBSITE MUST BE A SCAM BECAUSE I CAN'T GET ANY RESPONSE WHEN I TRY TO WRITE A REVIEW AND PROVIDE A PICTURE OF WHAT I RECIEVED PLUS MY ORDER NUMBER. IT WILL SAY ITS POSTING BUT THEN IT DOESN'T. IT WILL ONLY SHOW ABOUT 20BOF THE VERY POSITIVE REVIEWS. I WISH I HAD A WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK OR MY 5 PAIRS OF SHOES

Beware this company is a scam! I ordered 2 tops just to see what the items were like. The pictures look fabulous and genuine but I now suspect they are using other companies catalog pictures for their (knock off) items! The tops took forever to get here, separately of course. The tops were just poor quality, cheap fabric and well, just really bad....a horrible disappointment. They enclosed a scant piece of paper which explained how to return or exchange and it stated they give fast return auths in 48hrs. I decided to return them and went to fill out their return auth request on their website. I couldn't even do that! Their website told me my order number didn't exist! Now I am out $75 and stuck with these two awful tops!! I will never wear! Buyer beware this company!! You're just throwing your money away!

Awful! They sent me fake Van's. No where in the description did it say the shoes would be a knockoff. Don't call it VANS if they aren't Vans. Just call them checkered slip ons. Deceitful and unnecessary.

Do not ever order anything from this company. I've had the worst experience ever with them. Not only did it take forever to get my order but their product is nothing but cheap crap. Oh the pictures looked like nice stuff but when you receive it if you receive it. It is nothing like what you ordered. I would not wear this crap no where. Product =0, costomer service=0 timely manner=0. A big fat 0 on everything. Sorry company and product

Wow, I am not sure how to review this clothing website without using the word JUNK. I purchased 2 blazers (pink and blue). When looking at the picture, they were just super cute. I waited a while for the items to arrive. Once I excitedly opened the bag, everything came to a crash! Poor, poor quality. Tons of fuzz from the fabric was coming off and getting all over my clothes. I emailed the company about returning the item and they offered me a 15% refund to fix the item. How on Earth do you fix poor quality? I had to send a third email to get the company's address which is in China. Popzora let's you know right away that customers are to pay for delivery and other charges which for me was $26.95 US dollars. I will come back to this review and let you know how long the refund took

Buyer beware! This site has JUNK! Everything, $255 worth, I received looks nothing like the pictures, the quality is horrible, and the sizing is nothing like listed... One blouse I received has blue ink down the front, which is what I'm assuming is the line up for the buttons and when I brought it to their attention not a single apology. To send it back they make you jump through hoops and the shipping cost with DHL is $114. Guessing I'll take the tax write off cause I'm not wearing any of it! Wish I had read reviews first.

So they got me for 84.00 order PZ66669 as my previous review explained. As I expected they got me again for $76.84 the ordered PZ66685 is the same trash poor quality, nothing like the picture. (order PZ66685) The picture shows a nice COAT with a hoodie with fur....not! it's a thin blouse material with a hoodie...not even close to a coat. I'm just going say the sweater and the ankle bootie toe shoe...(Because my head is killing me with so much disgust) is the same cheap deceitful description as all the other items. PAY PAL should cut all ties with your company I have never ordered on-line with such a TERRIBLE COMPANY AS POPZORA! this is not even worth returning if it's anything like the delivery. I will just take all it to the homeless shelter. It should be a ZERO star choice because your company does not even deserve a 1 star. P.S. PLEASE DON'T RESPOND WITH YOUR CRAPPY ROBOTIC RESPONSE THAT'S AN INSULT AND AS BAD AS YOUR PRODUCTS

Placed my order over a month ago & am still waiting for most of my product. The product I've received so far as been very low quality so, I want what I paid for, just not too excited about it. Like others, I wish I had read the reviews first.

WARNING! Do not order from this company!! After waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I was disappointed when I realized they did not send me what I ordered!! You think your getting a sweater but your really getting a thin shirt. False advertising and fraud at its best!! You pay for shipping returns no matter the circumstances!!

They do not have the item I ordered they do not know when they will have it its been twelve days. I ask for refund they say there will be a 15% restocking fee on an item they do not have. How can you charge 15% restocking on the item they do not have order.10 MORE DAYS STILL NO ORDER OR REFUND!! TWENTY TWO DAYS SINCE ORDERED.26 Days since order no order or refund 31 Days no order or refund. 40 Days no order or refund. I received my shoes today they are not worth $0.10 cents it took 44 days to get them now to return them. I have tied for 10 days to return the junk they will not answer my emails one place says you have 30 to return o questions in another place it says 15 days. IF YOU SEE A POSITIVE REVIEW OF THIS SITE IT MUST BE A PAID ONE

I placed an order on October 21st and paid extra for faster shipping. I still haven't received one sweater yet as of 12/15/19. I have emailed them twice about it with no response. By the time I get my sweater it won't fit me as I am losing weight. Won't order from anyone in China again!

They should be closed down. They are using stolen photos from other sites to sell substandard merchandise. I ordered a knit sweater that was obviously knit in the picture and got a polyester thin fabric top. Smae with some gloves and another top I ordered. The patterns are similar, but the colors are gaudy and NOTHING like the photos. They have 6 sites all selling the same garbage using the same stolen photos. How Dare They! Beware of them and look for the other sites too. Thank GOD I didn't order it as a gift!

This is a CHINA SCAM!!! Do not trust the FAKE reviews!! I would post zero or negative stars if I could.

If it were possible to give negative stars i would. Total SCAM! Buyer beware. Ordered a "coat" if that is what you could call it, picture showed a coat that was down to the knees, it barely came to my waist. Tried to return the coat, I get this long email of crap stating I am responsible for all return cost, which are in China, and i could incur large a large cost. I was offered a whopping 15% cash refund. All reputable companies gladly exchange or return items with the company incurring the return cost. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY!

The truth is the following. All items at their WEB are not the items they send you.
They will send you after 6 weeks a copy badly done that is not even close to what you ordered. Horrible. No returns. in reality plus after the SCAM item you received , all you want is to throughout.
Its All a Big Scam.
Be ALERT there are several WEB SITES like this one, THEY USE DIFFERENT NAMES.

This company is a total scam. False advertising at its best. I ordered 3 pieces that were delivered and one that has never come. The clothes look nothing like the pictures. Horrible fabric and poorly sewn. When I tried to return they said I was responsible for return shipping to a China!!!! I opted for the 15% discount which they said I could use to get the clothes altered. You can’t alter UGLY! I was able to cancel the 4th item. Buyer BEWARE! Do not order from this company. Horrible experience. I will never order again.

This company is a scam! Stay away!!! I ordered four articles of clothing amounting to almost $100. I received three items, but I quickly noticed that each were knockoffs from the original, as they only resembled the pictures from the online website and were made with very cheap fabric and yarn. The jacket was made from very lightweight (shirt-type) fabric, had a hole in the pocket, threads that weren't clipped, and the neckline came unstitched from the lining which left a gaping hole about 3 inches. I could tell there was no quality control, because this would not have passed inspection. The sweater I bought, was not a sweater at all--it was a shirt that had printed cuffs at the sleeves to make it look like it was a sweater. That was a total fail. Another sweater I bought was made with really cheap yarn. It looked like the picture, but didn't fit the same. From what I can tell, the website says it is a company in the UK. However, it took more than a couple of weeks for the package to arrive (I couldn't ever track the package because every time I logged in, it told me that no info was available). When it did arrive, the return address was listed as South San Francisco. The labels of the clothing say made in China. My guess is that someone or a group of someone's have pirated pictures of well-made and stylish clothing from another company, are making knock-offs for really cheap in China, and pawning this off as a legit business. I noticed too late that each article of clothing they are selling on their website does not have a description of the material, washing instructions, etc. (which is usually the case with other companies). Their 5 star reviews must be fake because there is NO WAY the clothing is worth the money I paid for it. I sill haven't received the other sweater--they said it shipped separately the same day as the other ones arrived. It will be laughable once it arrives (or IF it arrives) because if I do get it, I'm sure it won't be what was pictured, as were the other three. I'll try to get my money back, but from what I can tell with other reviews online, fat chance.

Update****
I was able to negotiate a 30% refund off my total order. I had to price dicker for it because they originally offered me 20% for the jacket with the hole in the pocket, and 15% for the other items. By the time I sent back the items, it would be more than the clothes were worth and the company also knew that, so they didn't even bother to have me send the items back. I still have not received my other sweater. They were very polite and negotiated fairly quickly, but did not address their fraudulent business practices in their responses. I will be donating the clothes to Savers in hopes someone else can benefit. Lesson learned.

Purchased 3 sweaters and a pair of boots about 8 weeks ago. The boots came in about 4 weeks ago and they looked nothing like the picture posted. I wrote saying that I wanted to return and they said to wait until the rest of my order came in. Then 4 weeks later my 3 sweaters finally came in and they too looked nothing like the picture. Not happy with this site at all. Not to mention, they said that I am in charge of returning my items to CHINA!!!! That is crazy and waaay expensive. I will never purchase from this site again and I hope you read the reviews before purchasing. I'm stuck with 3 ugly sweaters along with a pair of ugly boots!!

I received the first of my items. Just as it has been said here, quite different to what is advertised in the webpage. The boots look really cheap and are really wide at the calf. I wanted to return the boots but you have to ship them to China even though they were sent from San francisco (I guess it is their way of discouraging people and winning money out of people). Offered 15% compensation instead of a full refund. I will never buy again and I hope people pay attention to these bad reviews. It is their normal procedure and they are a scam
