Package transportation is slow.
Well, a word just to give more time to PistNord. Tomorrow is the day where my package have been on the road from Aarhus to Odder, wonder which way they are driving. Nevertheless I think the app needs an update, so real life is reflected in there app, as they don’t swim the day they fall in the water.

Poor customer service at pick up shop
Poor customer service at the pick up point.
1. We had to endure the complaints from the pick-up store staff that we picked up the parcels late even if it was within the timeframe set by PostNord.
2. One of the parcels was not registered by the pick up shop even though it had been delivered to the shop. We had to work hard to convince the staff that it must have been delivered along with other deliveries we had ordered together (as it was exactly the same item in different boxes), and we had to find it ourselves at the shop.

Happy with the service
Amazing service! I live on a busy street and love how they always find ways to hide the package, were we can find it. Sometimes even from rain and snow.
