RIP OFF

Just watching Rip Off Britain on BBC 1 and they're discussing this company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I was lucky and managed to get my money back most people have not.

I ordered a dryer before Christmas…

I ordered a dryer before Christmas despite numerous emails I still have not had a refund I have been in contact with my bank to try and get my money back as I used a debit card. Disgraceful !!!! Stay away from them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a Dishwasher last September and never delivered and made false promises and excuses. Eventually got my money back with a bit of effort via my credit card company. Stay clear

EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!! . CONTACT YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER. I GOT SCAMMED BY THESE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED BY MY BANK EVEN THOUGH I PAID BY DEBIT CARD. ALSO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!

On 6th of December 2020 i ordered a Tv and never received it. I tried to contact them but no answer. I lost £ 449. Police should take action!!!

It's a con

It's a con! They take your money and that's the last you hear from them, I have emailed them numerous times they say they will get back to me but never do £300 gone.
