Lost my money and they don’t respond. Trying to recover the money it’s been two months don’t know what to do.

Rip off company, took my money for a cooker and then refused to communicate with me. Have had to raise a chargeback and have reported them to trading standards and the police for fraud. DO NOT USE

I ordered a washer and dryer and didnt hear anything. Numerous chase emails. I had to lodge a dispute with both my debit and credit card providers. Took over 2 months to get my money back! Absolute disgrace!

Ordered washing machine on 26/01/2021 still no washer unable to contact them not answering any calls or emails please please spread the word however this is not to buy from them lets try and stop them robbing others

Scam!!! Ordered a washing machine and fridge freezer 3rd Feb 21 and still haven't received anything. Tried to cancel the order and I've had an automated response saying to ring my bank for a refund. Paid on debit card so still trying to fight it!!, stay away!!!

Power direct are one of the worst suppliers in the industry. They should have delivered a fridge for my new fitted kitchen which was the best and cheapest one i found. They are not answering their phones or emails. Please do t buy from them. I have left it with my credit card to deal with. BE WARNED!!!!!

Paid for a dryer in February and I am still awaitin, emails sent premium numbers called with no success. Its ridiculous and bad to take people's money and not deliver. Used a debit card too which was a huge mistake, £500 down the drain.

Absolute poor poor service. Complete con merchants. I purchased a TV we waiting weeks for. When we did eventually get the delivery the TV simply didn’t work. After numerous emails and attempts to contact them still no response. Can’t reach them by phone apparently due to covid. Website is being updated constantly. Basically they have sold a faulty product, leaving my elderly mum with no TV over lockdown. Looking at other reviews I think it’s safe to say I have also been ripped off. Shame on them!!!!

Where is to 0* option?
Took my money for a dishwasher that was in stock and available for delivery within 5 working days.
2 weeks later I emailed chasing it up, no response.
About a week after that another email... no response.
Requested a refund... no response.
Called the premium rate number, no answer.
This is straight theft and I have no idea how they are getting getting away with it.

I ordered an oven towards end of January, my circumstances changed so I requested a refund before it was dispatched. This was on 31st January, I've sent emails over and over again and nothing!! I'm absolutely fuming. Now when you go on the website it's under maintenance apparently. Absolute scam!!!

I bought a dishwasher last April and it eventually arrived, but broke 3 months later. Cannot get hold of the company have sent numerous emails and also checked website which is down. Checked on Glassdoor and ex employee has advised that the company is no longer in business

I ordered and paid for a freezer in January this year. I haven’t received the freezer and cannot get through to them! I am going to go through a solicitor now! So do not use this company!!!!!!

Another one to add to the list of people who ordered something, paid and have heard nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

After 2 months of trying to obtain the goods/refund from this company, I received this email which didn't make sense and still no refund so...
'We had an IT issue where we lost most of our emails. So we are manually going through outstanding orders. With reference to your request for a refund, which we have raised, however we changed our credit card acquirer and might not go through but your funds are being held with Trust Payments, please allow 3 to 4 working days for the funds to hit your account after which please apply a chargeback with your credit card company and Trust Payments will refund you'.

ordered a fridge freezer in Feb, heard nothing since. contacted them several times, NOTHING. their website is down. either gone into administration or bankruptcy.
I've left it in the hands of my credit card company.

Order a Warmlite Stove on 2nd Feb 2021. No phones answered, no emails replied to. Unfortunately, I'm only now seeing the Trust Pilot reviews on 9th April 2021.

Absolutely shocking. Not often do i make a huge mistake without research. Ordered from them and then read the reviews. Sadly I ordered whilst my kitchen was being installed. Promised delivery or full refund. two months later and nothing. Thankfully I paid on my credit card and they have refunded me under the protection. I really do not know how this company is allowed to practise. do not use! absolute scam!. They don't reply to emails or calls.
