Be careful i think they are administration or bankruptcy, i have sent 12 emails, 5 phone calls and contacted trading standards, no one is there to issue refund for the item i ordered and never arrived. Had the same issue with them a year ago. DO NOT USE.

I wish I’d read these reviews earlier what an absolute scam ... I’ve written to trading standards to get this company investigated for fraud. I’ve had one response in 3 months with some poor excuse of IT problems. Do not spend any money with these crooks.

i ordered a built in gas oven back in December and guess what?? i still haven't received it. They have quite happily took my money but not came through with the goods. despite several emails sent to them, i have still not had a reply. The phoneline also leads to a dead end. Please DO NOT order from these people!!!!!

This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Thanks to them I have had to purchase my washer-dryer again elsewhere. To say these guys are an utter disgrace would be an understatement. Hopefully they will get everything they deserve.

Scam - do not use!!!!! Bought dishwasher 1 month later no delivery - no communication. Claimed money back through bank.

I ordered and bought a dishwasher in January,was not available until the end of February which i thought was fine I'm in no rush. We are now comig into April still no dishwasher,I've emailed them plenty of times,says they will contact me in 24-48 hrs no chance. I've called numerous times, apparently cause of covid they have no phone access,I've now asked for a full refund,I don't think I'll see that either. Absolutely disgusting they shouldn't be able to run they're business to rip people off !!

Ordered a dishwasher beginning of feb. Still waiting for it. Everytime i tried to call it wouldn't even ring, I've sent countless emails saying I want my money back I receive the automated reply...someone will be in touch within 24/48 hrs and yet I'm still here waiting. Has anyone got their money back from these people! It took me ages to save for 1 please help

I have also not had my refund after 6 weeks of cancelling order which I only was told it was a pre- order after they had taken my money for chest freezer. Poor admin or scam? I am thinking the latter, reporting to trading standards either way!!

Minus 5 stars- scam artists. Placed tumble dryer order 22nd jan . Cancelled 29th jan and still no refund or contact 2 months later .phones closed .website closed.avoid !!!!!

I have ordered goods from this company before and not had any issues.
I recently placed another order for a built in microwave which I paid for, but did not receive.
I have tried to ring and emailed them three times, but they do not respond.
I have contacted my credit card company who are dealing with this.
would not recommend anyone buy anything.

Ordered a tumble dryer back in January and haven’t received or heard from them until yesterday that they sent me and email saying they will be refunding the money . Hope is true !!! Avoid this lowlifes . 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Any one else received an email.today rewgarding their orders? ..My partner has had 1 from.power direct claiming they had an IT issue and lost most of their emails !!! Apparently the funds should be back in our account in 3-4 working days ...let's see if they're true to their word .Hope every 1 who's been effected by this gets refunded ,check your emails guys you never know.
