This company is a scam. They accept your order take your money but have no intension of providing goods paid for. They have had our money for nearly 3 months and no goods. No way of speaking to anyone as have used Covid as a reason for no cover and refer you to email which just sends an automated response and nothing else. These are con artists please do not use them you will get nothing you have paid for.

Ordered a dryer 3rd February still not received it rang them no answer and emailed them 6 times still no reply, total scam. DO NOT USE THEM

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ABSOLUTE SCAM. Order purchased on the 28th of Jan, they took the money striaght away and then nothing... Had to go through the credit card company to get the money back.

Order placed on 24January and money taken but no correspondence from them since....two months later and no email replies and no purchase received.

No response from order, Avoid

Do not go near this company!!! Been waiting for a chest freezer for over 2 months to be delivered. Emailed, tried phoning but no one gets back to you 😡.

My father inlaw ordered a cooker in January! NEVER CAME tried calling and emaiming, asking for a refund, no reponse.
It is Absolutely diabolical they are allowed to get away with this. It's scandalous and it stealing

This company is thieves DO NOT USE. Ordered a cooker in February. The payment was taken from my account but my order never delivered. Tried to get into contact with them several times. They do not respond to emails or calls. After reading people's review I canceled my order but
NO GOOD RECEIVED NO REFUND AT ALL.
Looks like a serious scam. If you check the name of the company you paid on your bank statement is different from PowerDirect.
Do not use this company!

Scam company DO NOT USE. They stole £450 for a neff dishwasher in January. They do not respond to emails or calls. Currently going through my credit card company to get my money back. BE WARNED!!!

Scam company - please be warned and do not order

This company are thieves. They took my money for a tumble drier on February 7 and promised delivery within 14 days but never delivered it. I tried to contact them twice for a refund and just got an automatic reply but no refund.

I purchased a INDESIT IDC8T3B Tumble Dryer Condenser 8kg White on January. They took my money, NO GOOD RECEIVED NO REFUND AT ALL .

Don’t bother ordering. Will take your money and ignore you.

I have ordered not had a reply my question is how and why is this company allowed to keep advertising and taken money this seems like a massive scam and getting away with it i blame goggle for not monitoring and police who must obviously no whats going on it is scandalous if you just look to see how many orders they are taken then hiding behind Covid not Happy

What a f...... scam company. I've ordered a deep fridge but it's already 2 months and there is no response from them. Wt... F should I do?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
As per previous reviews (I wish I had read them earlier) I have paid for my TV and never received it, again no one is there to answer the phone and when you send an email email it goes around in circles with automated responses. I have now instructed my bank to recover the money. Aftrer almost 2 months the paid item has not arrived nor any notification of when it will be delivered, on their website it still states 'order being processed ' .

Absolutely no contact from this company after making an order. Used them fine in 2020. Nobody to answer the phone, no email communication in return. Annoying!!

Ordered a Hob on 1st of February, as of 18th of March no communication on delivery, they are not answering the phone you just get a recorded message saying use email. 10 emails later and 3 requests to cancel and refund, nothing from them. It amounts to theft.
