Parts never arrived Been 5 weeks.Had to ring them, been told its not up to them as bosch had to send it directly, even though it was marked as in stock. Also woman on a phone just don't want to be at work, attidude absolutely stinks. She needs a sack .. What a joke of a company

I made an order for a scheppach bassato 3 thrust bearing and some blades on Jan 20th. Had an email to say order had been made and payment received.

Heard nothing .

Phoned them on 11th Feb and told someone would get back to me

Heard nothing .

Emailed them

Heard nothing .

Phoned them again on Feb 13th and told they couldn't get the thrust bearing !

Asked for a refund which they did quickly - this is why I've given 2 stars not 1 star.

I ordered the part from sarl probois machinoutils in France on Feb 14th. Received lots of emails and full tracking for the order . Received goods on Feb 19th!!

I am perplexed that powertoolspares.com are Still advertising this part that i was told they couldnt get!

For bandsaw blades the bandsaw shop were fast and good value !

I ordered 2 screws from this company, code XTM0000016

After waiting over a week and having contacted the company the item was finally delivered.

In the box was a delivery note stating item code XTM0000016

Yet the item was an E ring code XTM0000032.

I asked for the item to be collected and swapped for the correct one, or collected and refunded.

For the last 4 weeks I have had numerous “Smoke and mirrors” type responses.

The company does not appear to operate a returns policy, even when it sends out the wrong item.

My experience is best described as like dealing with an ebay scammer…but worse.

I have only lost £3.20 + Vat.

Think before you order from them, you may well lose a lot more!

First class service, all parts listed fitted perfectly.

I bought replacement fitting for a petrol mover blade assembly. The price was good, but of the 2 parts provided - a spring steel which is slightly bent and a fixing bolt that is not long enough to find the internal thread point. These were ordered from the correct model fittings diagram on their website.
Useless as provided. Now I'm looking for the correct bolt...

Able to purchase the spares need for my Makita grass shears. Competitive pricing & postage, arrived well packaged and when expected.

Total scam - promise OEM parts then send awful 3d printed junk - and ask for you to pay return shipping when you complain!

Excellent supplier, sent the items out straightaway, received quickly without delay. Spoke to them before ordering very helpful indeed, recommend them.

I have for months received the same message that because black and decker have moved out of the uk they would have to send my items from Germany to the UK and then to Norway were i live. I have asked questions but they just send the same copy past message. I ordered because the website said it was in stock, but it clearly wasn't. 4 months have gone past now. The site is a Scam!

Found the obscure part for an old Qualcast that I was looking for on their website and it arrived when they said it would.

Ordered a part for my Bosch saw back at the start of January it’s now the end of April and I’ve still not received my order! I’ve had two updates once in January and once in February both stating that my item will be another month as Bosch haven’t shipped it. Since February I’ve had radio silence. I’ve called and emailed to no response or just to be told it’s not been shipped. Surely an importer of tooling spares can source spares.
If this is how they do business I dont know how they manage to sell anything?
4 months in and still nothing , I guess I’ll just keep waiting.
