Can't get worse.
NO NO NO, definitely not a good company and yes they have a very expensive slow shipping service ready for you. I'm still waiting on my router plate, 0 knowledge of where is my part, 0 information, 0 follow up and 0 tracking number so 0 to this company. 👎👎👎and yes the have my money from day 1, for that are very quick.

Ordered a part for a Bosch Orbital sander December 2020, No communication to say not in stock contacted after 4 weeks blamed Brexit delays, contacted Twice for refund will not refund keep blaming suppliers and Brexit. contacted another Twice since, We are now into April (4 Months Later) and still no refund or part supplied, Search for a company that actually Cares about its customers.

I have make an order , but does not get it . I asked them to give me a tracking no and I did not get it. After one month they told that they send me a part again, and gave a tracking no , whitch does not workt at all . Now I dont have a money and a part . People dont buy from them.

I had a very unpleasant experience with them. I did not receive my order after 50 days so I asked for a refund. They replied to my refund request only after 4 emails, they said they will release the refund but they never did. And now they stopped replying to my emails. I lost 94GBP for nothing.
I do not recommend buying from them.
Great Service!
I ordered some motor brushes for my Bosch Sander. They arrived quickly but were different to those fitted. Although the Bosch diagrams showed ones sent. Contacted Emma and sent a photo of my brushes. I returned the wrong brushes and they sourced the right ones for me at no extra cost which a received quickly. As the part is small and not expensive the help I was given was 100%. Will definitely go back to this Company for any other spares I need.

Recently ordered a part spare, over the phone.
Customer adviser definitely needs to learn some serious manners.
Every question was like I was asking to pull teeth. Delivery however was super quick. Which is a reflection on my review grade.

Terrible experience, not recommended
Terrible experience when I bought a motor for my circular saw, one week after the purchase they said it was out of stock, another week they said they already have the item in stock and will send ASAP, so it was already three days and no item. Not Recommended Power Tools Spares

Finally arrived after 10 weeks.
Fitted perfectly.
Reasonable price.
Basically poor service but quality goods.
Not a good experience
I ordered a circular saw blade on 18th Aug, and received an acknowledgement of order, which states “Some parts may need to be ordered in from the respective manufacturers therefore estimated dispatch dates are given BEFORE completing checkout” But, they took my money on the day of order.
One week later, having heard nothing about my order, I emailed them to check on progress-No response.
One week further, I emailed them to cancel my order, and refund me. No response.
Miraculously (and what a coincidence) the blade arrived the following day.

I didn’t have a great experience. Ordered a part for my chainsaw on 11 July 20. I received a number of emails of the next few weeks stating they were getting my order from the manufacturer and then nothing. I chased them with an email and was told there had been a price increase of £30. I really needed the part and despite feeling like I’d been scammed, I paid them. I said I needed the part really quickly. I received the part on 19 Aug 20 in 2nd class post.

Slow service ( I understand COVID has slowed things down ). Ordered on 21st May and order still pending. Has not been shipped yet. No response from company on when this will happen. Will not use again
Replacement microswitch for Ryobi. Expensive and slow delivery.
I needed a replacement microswitch for my Ryobi saw. I found the part on Sparetoolparts.co.uk. From the diagram and price it seemed like I'd have to buy the whole switch and cable assembly, £21.99. This is 1/5 of the cost of a new complete saw with blade! I placed the order on 7th May and the money was taken. I then got emails every 4 or 5 days saying it would be sent once in stock. I finally received the order on 28th May. The package contains just the tiny microswitch, which is fine, but the same component from RS (known to be expensive) would be around £3.
I suppose it's my mistake to have ordered it but I do feel ripped off.
