I ordered and paid for some spares for a Makita sander on 15/8/2018. I received an order confirmation e-mail and also the Invoice as well as my order no. I also received a e-mail that my order has been dispatched on 17/8/2018. Up until now 5/11/2018 I havent received any tracking number or feedback about the order again. I tried to contact PowerToolSpares via the website by filling in a querie mail form. Nobody from PowerToolSpares tried to contact me again. I am getting desperate now. Not satisfied with the service at all.

I did a bit of research on the net before ordering the part for my Ryobi table saw – I used this company purely on price – But was more than happy with their speed of delivery too :-)

I have searched for months to find a set of motor brushes for a very, very old circular saw. One company I found in the UK had them but would not ship to Australia. Thank you, PowerToolSpares for not only having exactly what I needed but you had no problem shipping them to me.
My antique saw now works perfectly!

My local mower shop said after 3 weeks of trying it couldn't source the 2 parts I needed for my Wolf Garten petrol mower. Went online and within minutes found PowerToolSpares. Ordering easy and parts delivered quickly.

The chuck on my Bosch drill malfunctioned I needed a new one and quickly.
PowerToolSpares got one to me very quickly indeed and sent a new chuck key with it. Will definitely use this company again.

My palm router's base had become damaged and I was about to buy a whole new base when I stumbled upon the PTS website.
What a bonus, I was able to order just the plastic base protector for £4 rather than having to splash out £25 to replace the whole base (that was otherwise servicable).

Got exactly what I needed, the item was just what I wanted, would definitely us again.

I love my 12 year old Bosch Prio cordless sander and when the charger broke I thought I'd need to replace my sander - but thankfully Power Tool Spares came to the rescue! After googling, I found them the cheapest and they were very efficient at sending it to me in within 4days. Thank you - will recommend you to others.

Items arrived as ordered. Took a couple of weeks to receive goods, no complaints as I expected it would take about that length of time.

items I ordered came within couple of days of ordering. When arrived I required a small cog that I missed (thought it was in a section) off the order.
Phoned them up and they very quickly found item and even reduced the postage! Came the next day. Thank you Powertool spares.

Have an old tool, needed spare part for it, got no help from local service, regardless it was the licenced for the tool in question. Here, it was very simply to find and order it, arrived in a few days. Very nice!
