It’s disappointing to hear you found the meals overcooked and not to your taste, and we also apologise that some of the packaging arrived damaged in transit. We carry out quality checks before dispatch, so meals arriving squashed is not the standard we aim for.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this experience was disappointing.

Deliveries should never be left somewhere unsuitable, especially during warmer weather, and if DPD left the box outside incorrectly, this is something we would absolutely raise directly with the courier. If you’ve already been in touch with Customer Service, the team will have logged this accordingly.

In terms of shelf life, all meals are prepared fresh and are designed to last through to Wednesday–Saturday each week depending on the meal. Due to the Bank Holiday, Monday deliveries moved to Tuesday, which does shorten the number of days remaining on some meals. We do recommend freezing meals you plan to eat later in the week, as outlined in our FAQs and storage guidance.

If the meals arrived warm to the touch, they should not be consumed, and we’d encourage you to get back in touch with us directly so we can review this properly and arrange appropriate compensation.

We also appreciate your comments on the food itself and will pass this feedback on to the team as we continue reviewing and improving our menu.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the experience left you frustrated.

To clarify, the date issue was caused by a printing error on the label rather than the meal itself being out of date. As we cook a fresh rotating menu each week, the meals would not have been unsafe to consume, but we completely understand why this caused concern.

Regarding the delivery timing, Tuesday delivery is expected following a Bank Holiday Monday and this is communicated on our FAQs and customer account information in advance. We appreciate this may still have been inconvenient if you were expecting the box sooner.

We’re also sorry to hear the portion sizes didn’t meet your expectations. Our standard plans are designed around balanced calorie-controlled meals, but our Muscle Gain range may be a better fit if you’re looking for larger portions and higher calories.

We appreciate the feedback and will continue working to improve both communication and overall customer experience.

Sorry to hear about the delivery issues you’ve experienced — we completely understand how frustrating it is to miss deliveries, especially two weeks in a row.

We’ve looked into this but haven’t been able to locate an account from 2025 using the details provided on the review. We’ve sent you an email so we can gather a little more information and investigate this properly. Please reply when you can and we’ll look into it as a priority.

To clarify, while deliveries are handled by our courier partners, we absolutely take responsibility for the overall customer experience and want to get this resolved for you.
