This is my first week with Prep Kitchen after switching from a different meal prep brand. The variety of options available is amazing which is important for me as I get bored eating the same things every week. Just had a call from Callum checking in with me and how i’m getting on which i really appreciated and makes the whole experience feel very personal not something i experienced with the previous brand.He was happy to have a conversation and very lovely on the phone. While the breakfasts aren’t my favourite the meals are delicious and I will continue to subscribe

Good Value Good Food
When comparing to how much I would spend food on a daily basis, this is actually really good value, far easier to track your protein / calorie intake and is actually really tasty, working an office job its super easy to just take one of my meals in each day for lunch, whereas before I'd eat the same monotonous food from my local shops day in and day out, this gives me a nice bit of variety.

Experience with Prep Kitchen
Just got off the phone from Sam at Prepkitchen, she was fantastic and was calling to see how I was finding the meals as I’ve been using the service for 4 weeks now. All the meals have been great and there’s plenty more I want to try. It’s been great to track calories and protein intake for lunches. Every delivery has been on time (Sunday or Monday whichever I choose) and DPD gives plenty of time in advance to provide within an hour of when they arrive. Even if left on the doorstep there are freezer bags in the box to keep the meals cool.
They got the wrong meal once but when I asked about it they replied almost immediately apologising for it and gave me half price for next week, great customer service and thank you Sam

Incredible customer service
My delivery didn’t arrive,so a quick message to prep kitchen that evening letting them know..first thing next morning Rebecca sent me a lovely message asking if I’d like another box the very next day ..which was exactly what I needed…then a follow up message from Michelle to say this has been actioned..fantastic communication..I am so pleased I have chosen this company to supply me with delicious and varied menus..
This has made my life so much easier..they periodically ring to ask how everything is with my orders ..and a little treat finds its way into the box too…brilliant customer service and brilliant food.

I have been using prep kitchen for about a month now and cannot fault any of the service. The meals are fantastic and the variety is amazing and they fit into my busy work/life schedule as I try to eat better and healthier. I honestly can not express well enough how good these meals are. I used a company previous (i wont name them) but I was paying £20 more than I am now for 1 extra meal and they were rubbish.
Since moving onto prep kitchen I am yet to find a meal that has not tasted good, the price is UNBELIEVABLE the options are great, so many different things to choose from, I have not had a wrong order as of yet (all the time with the previous company) & the customer service is outstanding. I sent an email with an urgent request and within minutes they had replied & actioned my request. (Specific shoutout to jordan)
I can not recommend prep kitchen enough, I truly believe as long as everything stays the same I will use these for the rest of my life, Healthy, convenient, tasty, cheap, they are just a game changer.
