The stress is bad for my heart so please stop trying to contact me, I'm using an alias for a reason.

I was a happy healthy 31 year old man.
Gambled occasionally on and off for 7 years.
I opened an account with prime Slots and deposit £300, 500 spins later and no feature, I thought hmmm must be a fluke, deposited and kept spinning, another 500 spins and no feature, now I'm starting to wonder if this casino is legit.
I started a live chat to ask if their games are functional because I've spun over 1 thousand spins and haven't seen a bonus (anybody that's ever played the slots knows that it's very unlikely it could ever happen) they gave me the regular jargon about rtp and independent games, fine.
I deposit again, another 500 spins no feature, again another 500, I got to over 3000 spins without seeing a feature and from the stress of this my heart finally gave out. I had a major heart attack and have had to have 2 surgeries.

3 months later I'm writing this review to warn you about this casino.

This casino is not legit, you won't win here. You'll never win here. You will lose your money, your mental health and your physical health.

Currently prime slots aren't answering any emails or letters from my solicitor which is another indication of a scam site.

Please, I beg you. Do not give any money to these scammers.

If there was an option to have zero stars that's what it would be, won over £400, they asked to verify my account, which was not a problem u till I uploaded what they asked me to do they never accepted any of my documents for proof of address, 5 times I do e this and 5 letters where not approved, I did e erythk they asked me to do the right documents where given they just jot willing to accept it, if I was anyone reading this please please belive me they won't pay out Terrible site, quick enough to take your own money off you tho with out all the hassle depositong your money

Having only played a few times I wagered £150 last night, as much as I like over a month. Played a random game and won big twice. Up £2000. Requested withdrawal then read other reviews and expected the worst. However less than 18 hrs got an email saying withdrawal approved and didn't need any further verification, money is in the bank. I'm in UK not sure if others abroad are having problems but it was fine for me. Oh I didn't play any bonuses as I think these cause alot of problems with withdrawal. Thanks Steve

reply - I understand but I play on numerous websites & I’ve never played that amount of cash with that low of a stake and not won a bonus round. Slots also jump when you are playing , although you get good free spins i also never won anything from the 123 spins , or the 20 I got after that lol .

Deposit 50 and won 100.

Got notification that I need to verify the account. Going to verification tab I was only asked to upload proof of address and copy of the card, no sign of asking for ID.

Only once the uploaded 2 have been verified I got asked for the ID. ID was immediately uploaded and got the email that it has been verified while the status of the docs on the account still showing as under review.

After few days of hassle ive been asked to provide ID (again!!) And also bank statement showing deposit even though card has been already approved. Shortly after I received an email that duplicate documents have been provided. Surprise surprise if you are asking for same docs for the second time!!

Chat is like talking to a robot, no help or useful information is provided!

Customer support robotic saying that docs will be reviewed in 48h, just bloody do your job from the first contact instead of going back and forth.

My next contact will be ecogra as there is obviously no hope for resolving this matter in a timely and professional manner.

Avoid if possible!

SCAM - would give zero is possible, game to cash out and day later they are asking for my bank sort code and account number, BEWARE. Have cancelled my card as a result and will be keeping an eye on my account. Have also reported to trading standards.

Deposited 25 pound and took 100 free spins as bonus. Had 5 pounds from the bonus and ended up losing the 5 pounds bonus monies and 25 deposit. However, I deposited another 100 pounds and after losing 60 I tried to take 40 pounds and was told it’s bonus monies which it’s clearly isn’t as it has nothing to do with first deposit. Avoid avoid avoid. Won 3000 paid me 350. As a PAYING player also. Customer services are shocking. I hope everyone boycotts this site. As said before what’s the point playing if you can’t get your winnings!!!!

Prime slots has been taking my money for months,I tried to withdraw a month ago and they asked me for proof of adresss,photo ID,i sent them then they said i was able to withdraw,i tried again to withdraw then they said i needed proof of bank card,sent those details now they have blocked me out of my account saying username is banned or somthing.

Prime slots have replied to this comment to make themselves look legit,the email they give does not accept replies and they have still blocked me from withdrawing my money,they literally encourage me to keep playing yet will not let you withdraw.
I've been emailing them for 2 weeks with no reply,but they replied to this in one day,they hope you will spend what u have won before they reply and attempt to fix anything.
They told me I was ok to withdraw after I sent them photo ID and proof of adress,as soon as I win 1000 they take two weeks to still not reply,they replied to this days ago and not me.

Don't join prime slots they will rip you off and take your money and wont let you withdraw anything, seems like a lot of the comments also confirm this.

Awful the games on this site just take not much return compared to the same games on other sites

My partner has won £900 on this website and the money was on his account next day.

It’s a pure scam they take your money and make any excuse not to pay out it’s impossible to get ur documents reviewd but they will take ur money with no security check . I say avoid at all costs . They based in a tax haven country so even if u could sue u wasting time

This company have decided to freeze my account. I can't speak to anyone.nor can I text them. I would either like them to let me play with the amount deposited or refund my money. They just ignore me.
In my opinion this site is not customer friendly. I suppose I will just have to accept that they keep my money. Not good.
