Forever waiting on a win. Dead spins dead spins dead spins.
Live chat agents frequently encourage big bets which I think is wrong for players who don't have much experience they think they'll bet big and probably not win anything.
Offering insurance on your wins and cash outs is also bad practice in my eyes.
Telling you exclusive games are the hot games only promoting their own games so obviously they're not hot they just want you to play their games.
Every time you cash out they ask you for verification I'm sorry but this should only need to be sent once.
Another way of delaying your cash out hoping that you cancel it, loose your winnings and deposit more.
I was one level away from being the highest VIP level on the site and the cash out process was still rediculous.
Needless to say. Account closed.

Good, honest, reliable casino
Having completed sign up offers I was then sent additional good special offers some were even no-deposit. I can still get e-mails with promotional offers almost everyday. Customer service has always been fantastic and helpful. Had some good wins and always been paid in a normal time frame would recommend as a trusted online casino and have already done so.
