Horrible customer service
Ordered wheels that were supposed to be compatible with Shimano 10/11 road hub but were not.
Return process is an ongoing ordeal that took 5 days to sort out a return address over their back and forth customer service portal. I was finally provided a United States warehouse address.
Then when I had not received a refund after 10 days of UPS confirming delivery of the package, I requested an update from Pro Bike Kit. Was told 3-5 days, but then didn't hear back until I contacted again 11 days later. Now they tell me they cannot find the returned package.
It's been 23 days since UPS says the package was delivered. Pro Bike Kit seems to have lost it at their USA warehouse. I am glad I had insurance with UPS so filing a claim now.
Stay away from this company. Cheap prices are not worth the hassle.

I ordered bike case
I ordered bike case. They said that they shipped the order, but nothing happened. So after 14 days they told me there was a problem in delivery company so they will refund my money. I ordered it one more time few days ago and again same scenario. Saying that they already shipped the order but they actually never shipped.

Good prices
The prices on Campy cassettes beat all competitors.
I think the flat rate shipping of 9.99 is a little steep for a small item as a cassette.
The shipping cost has deterred me from ordering other things from Pro Bike.
