Finally...the return of excellent sales!
Finally...the return of sales. I am by necessity a frugal shopper. I need to shop sales for quality products at really 'solid value' prices. PBK has always been very good with shipments. The filtering/sorting could be improved it seems to me. I wound up scrolling through 2/3rds of the pages rather than trusting the filter/sort options.

Horrible returns experience
I got a great price on a pair of wheels and received the order quickly. I was pretty happy with the price and speed of delivery. It turned out one of the wheels was missing a piece. I went back and forth on their messaging system for quite a while and finally got someone to send me a FedEx return label. I sent the wheel back and it arrived in Great Britain on the 29th of December. I got a call from FedEx a few days later telling me the phone number on the invoice isn't being answered and they need to talk to someone to release the package from customs. I've messaged PBK about the issue countless times and they keep promising to get the issue taken care of. It's now January 13 and no resolution. I can't understand why it's so difficult for them to pick up a phone and contact the British FedEx office and get this figured out. Great price and speed of delivery but follow up if you have an issue isn't worth it.

See their response below. It hasn't been resolved despite their reply to this review that it has been.
FedEx still shows my package in customs. I still don't have a wheel or my money back. Unbelievable.

The returned wheel was finally released from customs and received by PBK. The original message to PBK explaining the problem was on January 3 and the replacement was sent to me on January 26.
If everything goes well I, would be a happy customer. Good price and fast delivery. However, if you have issues with a product, good luck. It ended up working out in the end but customer service was lacking during the return process.

When I was selecting my items to purchase, it stated the shipping would be free and then at the checkout you had to sign up for needless propaganda and provide private information to get the free shipping. Well it was very good
Well, I got a ad from Joel and the prices looked so good I thought well might as well order it. And the ordering process was very easy and had different paying options which I really liked the ease of that.
